We loved it here
If you need more than great nature, well-kept sanitary facilities and nice people, you should probably not go camping. It's all a question of what you want. In any case, we felt very comfortable here and had a great time.

VERY DISAPPOINTED
Unfortunately very disappointing. No place in the shade, despite prior confirmation. Only 3 showers each for men and women. No shopping facilities within walking distance. Unfortunately only a tiny dog beach which is usually blocked by boats. Unfortunately no hiking trails directly at the campsite. Site was also very full in July 2022.

Camp in southern Sweden in a good location
Now that new operators have taken over the site, the shortcomings of the past are no longer an issue. Beautiful location on the lake within easy reach of the village of Urshult with a small supermarket, gas station and on the way there an all-in buffet restaurant (2022) with a solid price-performance... ratio.

Newer sanitary building with good facilities and cleanliness. Very friendly operators. There are shady and sunnier pitches subject to availability. The site is also well suited as a biker stopover or starting point for round trips by bike or towing vehicle - for Wowa tourists ;-).
Roundabout - a place to come back to.

Optimizable: An expansion of the number of showers and toilets would be particularly useful for the HS.
A second sanitary building could then be closed in the NS to reduce costs.
It would also be nice to have separate spaces or cubicles with washbasins - senior citizens in particular would be happy.

Relaxation in August
We felt very comfortable. Friendly welcome and our questions were quickly answered during our stay.
Bread roll service with very tasty bread rolls!!!
Pitches 9 and 10 are a bit on the edge of the site, but it was very quiet. The somewhat high bushes unfortunately obscured the beautiful view of the lake.
Any time again a starting point for a typical Swedish vacation...

First choice for us in southern Sweden!
No matter when we come to Sweden, a stay here will always be a must for us. There is simply nothing missing and you immediately feel that you are very welcome. We are already looking forward to the next time!
