- Sebastian H.July 2019PozitívumokAffordable camping, suitable for children even in bad weather thanks to swimming pool and indoor playground, new pitches with private sanitary facilitiesNegatívumokPartly somewhat unkempt parts of the site and old buildings, somewhat outdated sanitary facilities and playgroundsNice clear campingWe stayed at the site for 5 days in mid-July. The camping pitches are mostly laid out around a play area, which means you can always keep an eye on the smaller children. The site was not fully booked despite the vacation season, which we found very pleasant. There are several playgrounds and a covered... play area on the site. A small swimming pool with children's pool, indoor and outdoor pools are also included in the price. Bread and rolls are available to order at reception. The sanitary facilities consist of typical Dutch prefabricated buildings, were older but were cleaned daily. Showers cost €0.20 per 5 minutes, hot water for washing up €0.10, which didn't put a dent in our vacation budget even with 4 children. The site itself and the playgrounds look a bit old and unkempt in places, but that didn't bother us or our children. We didn't try the restaurant or the children's entertainment. The town center of Haaksbergen is about 2 km away. We would love to come back.Automatikusan lefordítva.Vakantiepark Bergsehaak válaszolt August 4, 2019Dear Mr. Hallenberg, Thank you very much for your review. - Tom R.April 2015PozitívumokFriendly staff, great leisure facilities for a "small" campsite, great vacation region.NegatívumokSanitary building no longer up to date.Beautiful place, great region!First of all, please note that our review refers to the low season, more precisely the week after Easter. The contact was very friendly, as was the welcome on arrival. You could tell that the season had only just started (paths were still being freshly gravelled, some camping pitches were still completely... closed, some sanitary buildings were still closed). The pitches themselves were very spacious (Het Lang field) and there was play equipment for the little ones within easy reach everywhere. The site has its own small indoor/outdoor pool and lots of play facilities (indoor and outdoor). This was a decisive factor for us, as you often only find such facilities at larger "vacation factories". Then you can also overlook the fact that the nearest sanitary building, which was always clean, was not heated (although the operator should think about offering the comfort pitches a corresponding "sanitary experience" in future). The site is particularly remarkable because of its unusual layout: mobile homes or bungalows alternate wildly with camping fields, in the rear part at the edge of the forest, camping is sometimes possible in a very natural setting (in parts it looks as if the area is still being developed). The surroundings are sensational, within a radius of 5 minutes by bike to a maximum of 30 minutes by car there are countless things to do in your free time.Automatikusan lefordítva.
- Secret E.August 2010Family-friendly campsite with its own swimming pool. I arrived by bike with my 6 year old son. It was the 4th overnight stay on a cycle tour. As a cyclist with a 2-man tent, the pitch was quite cheap (€11.50) and I immediately received a program booklet for the day with activities for children. Since... we were traveling by bike and needed to wash our clothes every day, I inquired about a washing machine and dryer. After having paid 2-2.5€ per wash and dry cycle at all the other places before, I was soon shocked when the woman told me 5€ per wash cycle, after all I didn't want to buy a share in the machine. Drying cost 0.5€ which made up for it at first. After a hand wash, I realized that the 0.5€ was for 15 minutes of drying, which made the whole thing cost 2€. The swimming pool is part of the campsite, but costs 2.5€ once or a 3€ day ticket. Pool: approx. 7x10 meters (half indoor/outdoor) with slide and extra baby pool. The lockers take 20 cent coins and have no money return. The sanitary blocks were old but well maintained, showers cost 50 cents, hot water at the tap 10 cents. Mini mini golf costs €2, but given the condition of the courses I would have preferred to take it as compensation. The indoor playground with climbing frame and bouncy castle right next to the snack bar and pub where you could sit down comfortably was very nice. The constant small amounts didn't make you poor, but with 2-3€ more basic price (incl. swimming pool and hot water) you wouldn't have had the feeling of being constantly cheated, although the system is certainly fairer. Conclusion: gladly again, but with enough clean laundry and a roll of 10 and 20 cent coins :-)Automatikusan lefordítva.
