Peace and quiet under the trees
The well-kept site is idyllically situated in a small city forest by a river and lake, quiet and cozy with seating and table sets between the trees. Reception only has limited opening hours, at least in the low season, but it's not a problem if the German-speaking groundsman isn't there when you arrive,... just book a pitch and register when reception is open. Sanitary facilities simple and old, but always clean and technically ok during our stay. Some children's play equipment, mini golf and canoe rental, satellite reception almost impossible (you are in the forest), cycle/footpath to the village, swimming in a lake. For a few days relaxation ok, a longer stay would be too boring for us.

Värnamo Camping is a standard site for travelers passing through. I don't need to go there on vacation with children. The bathing lake is a 5-minute walk along the road outside the campsite. The sanitary facilities were cleaned by our eyes with the "one rag for everything" method. That was two hours... after the main cleaning. Oh well. So bathing shoes and wash your hands! The rental cabins there are well frequented. The price is only reasonable with a CampingCard discount. Water: standpipe, waste water: next to the standpipe, electricity: at the pitch
