As soon as you see the sign "Vadstena Camping" on the approach, follow it and you will find a well-kept campsite with... large, flat grass pitches right by the water with a beach, restaurant, beach bar, playgrounds and transportation with "Tuff-Tuff" to the town of Vadstena, which is well worth seeing. Unfortunately, the site is also located directly on a busy road, so there is no complete peace and quiet, but there are several sanitary buildings that were always clean during our stay, although the main building may not be entered with street shoes, the sign "Flip-flops welcome" indicates how you would like it to be. The reception staff were friendly, and there is a store with odds and ends, basic groceries and baked goods. Vadstena is also easily accessible by bike, approx. 3.5 km.Automatikusan lefordítva.

With its outdoor pool and playground, it is perfect for a vacation with children. It is also ideal for swimming in the adjacent Lake Vättern. The sanitary facilities were clean and in perfect condition. - Wolfgang D.June 2011Stayed one night. 3 kilometers north of Vadstena. Long site directly on the lake, but also on the road, which is not very busy at night. Several bathing spots. Long slide for pool not in operation, also W-LAN should only work next week. But completely new sanitary building, well equipped with group kitchen... and large kitchen for single travelers, families. Everything very clean and spacious. Store okay, little tourist information, e.g. nothing about Talkern-Vogelsee, but that could be made up for in the town. Staff very friendly.Automatikusan lefordítva.
