"Super Platz, Viel wurde renoviert, toll mit Hunden und auch Kindern - Wir waren für ein paar Tage hier und sehr positiv überrascht. Die neuen Sanitäranlagen sind super. Alle Infos zum Platz und z.B. einen online Brötchenbestellservice gibt’s in der eigenen App. Personal sehr nett. Die Hunde waren willkommen und konnten im Fluss baden und vom Platz aus findet man jede Menge tolle Wanderstrecken. Große Städte gibt es in der Nähe nicht. Aber wer Natur sucht kann sich in Luxemburg und der Eifel austoben. Wir kommen noch ganz oft wieder.

"Startschwierigkeiten und teure Zusatzleistungen - Der Paltz liegt sehr schön und ist ruhig. Es gibt leider nur eine Entsorgung, die bei viel Betrieb sehr eng wird. Scheinbar haben die Betreiber gewechselt und die Stromversorgung und das Wifi waren mehr weg wie da. Für einen Tag schnelles Wifi das nicht funktioniert 9,00€ zu verlangen finden wir grenzwertig. Für 16 A extra zu verlangen ist normal, nur dann muss es auch funktionieren. Bei einem freien Platz am Fluß musste man bei der Onlinereservierung die Platzreservierung (25,00€) trotzdem machen. Hier bekommt man leider das Gefühl, dass schnell viel Geld mit minimalem Einsatz generiert werden soll. Auch auf Nachfrage wollte man sich nicht dazu hinreissen lassen, dass man etwas zurückerstattet, da die gebuchte Leistung ja nicht in vollem Umfang erbracht wurde, was wir sehr schade fanden. Auf dem Platz haben sich die Kinder und wir sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt viele Angebote für Kinder. Mit Hund kann man ausgiebige Spaziergänge machen.

"Schöner Campingplatz an der Our - Wir waren im September bei sehr schönem Wetter hier. Wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und alles Wichtige ausführlich erklärt. Das neue Sanitärgebäude in der Mitte des CP ist super ausgestattet. Der Campingplatz macht einen sehr gepflegt Eindruck. Zwischen den einzelnen Stellplätzen sind Hecken gepflanzt, so daß eine Platzgrenze zu erkennen ist. Das Restaurant war sehr gut, aber recht teuer. Was soll's, man hat ja Urlaub. Die Landstraße hinter dem CP hat nicht sonderlich gestört, da wir tagsüber viel unterwegs waren.

"Stellplätze direkt am Wasser - Viele Plätze direkt an der Our, einige Wandermöglichkeiten vom Platz aus. Ideal mit Hund. Keine Zäune und mittägliche Schrankenschließung. Leckere Mittagssnacks in der Gaststätte. Schöne Terrasse/Biergarten bei der Gaststätte.

" - Schön am Grenzfluss gelegener Platz. Zu 99% von Niederländern und Belgiern geprägt. Kinderanimation und Restauration sollen gut sein, haben wir nicht genutzt. Genutzt wurde der Fluss, in dem man sich schön auf einer Luftmatratze treiben lassen kann. 50% aller Stellplätze liegen am Fluss. Die Sanitäranlagen waren bei starker Auslastung leider, auch nach der täglichen Reinigung, nicht sauber! Die angebotenen Desinfektionsspender in den WC´s wurden tagelang nicht aufgefüllt. Ansonsten Entspannung pur!

" - Der Campingplatz mit seinem Gourmetrestaurant liegt direkt am Grenzfluss zu Deutschland. Im Sommer zu empfehlen. Fazit: Luxemburger C-Pl. sind sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Questo campeggio incantevole ha una cornice idilliaca sulla riva dell' Our. Situzione ideale per scoprire l'Eiffel e le Ardenne. Una vecchia fattoria ristrutturata di 120 anni accoglie il ristorante dall' ambiente caloroso. I golfisti beneficiano di riduzioni .

You can also use the route planner: http://route.anwb.nl/routeplanner or www.viamichelin.com Coming from the North via Antwerp/Brussels From Brussels take the E 40 direction Namen (Namur). After Namen exit direction Marche, continue and take the exit to Bastogne. In Bastogne take direction Clervaux, after Clervaux direction Marnach/Dasburg (D), after Marnach direction Dasburg (D) do not cross the border but continue on the road to Vianden. Kohnenhof is located approximately 3 miles from this point. Coming from the North via Maastricht/ Germany. Take the freeway to Luik-Aken exit direction Verviers. Continue on the freeway and take exit 15-Clervaux/Luxembourg. Shortly after you cross the border into Luxembourg take the round-about direction Luxembourg in the village of Hosingen take the direction Rodershausen or Eisenbach. When you reach the valley you will see signs directing you to the “Camping Kohnenhof”. Coming from the South via Metz Follow direction Luxembourg City, then direction Arlon/Brussels, exit 3 Bridel/Kopstal, follow direction Mersch – Ettelbrück E421 Clervaux/Hosingen. In Hosingen direction Rodershausen or Eisenbach. In the valley you will encounter the signs for Camping Kohnenhof. From the South via Trier B 51 direction Bitburg, via Olk to Echternach-Diekirch E421 direction Clervaux-Hosingen. In Hosingen etc. Public Transportation Take the train to Clervaux in Luxembourg and take the bus (direction Vianden) to the camping where the bus stops in front.
