"Small, quiet and expensive campsite - Very nicely situated in the bay, stone beach which I didn't really like, super clear water with unfortunately this year a high proportion of fire jellyfish which clouded the bathing pleasure, diving school on the beach (attention, medical clearance certificate required) The campsite's own restaurant was very good at fair prices, if you want pizza go next door to the restaurant of CP Mario, which was also ok. Free bike rental, which however makes little sense with the traffic (no bike paths). The extra fridges for food and drinks in the ironing room were good. TVs in the TV room, but the old Italians had omnipotence over the FB and I had to be lucky to be able to follow the Tour de France. The pitches were almost all small, the car had to be parked separately, which was sometimes a bit annoying. The beach bar was unfortunately completely boring, no music, no real atmosphere. Unfortunately, there was nothing for children and teenagers - there was a small playground with a volleyball court and basketball hoop, but it wasn't suitable as a meeting place as there were simply too few children and teenagers on the small campsite. The 30-minute panoramic walk from the beach to Porto Azzurro, the small and very beautiful town with its vibrant alleyways by the harbor, which was always full of beautiful yachts, was brilliant. There was a free bus back to the campsite every hour in the evening. We made beautiful tours to other sandy bays without jellyfish, visited Monte Capanne (brilliant) and also paid a visit to the houses of Napoleon Bonnaparte. All in all a nice and expensive vacation...the day cost me 90 euros on the Arrighi (2 adults and 2 teenagers (14 and 13) who were counted as adults...My daughters wanted to dive, had already done a basic course in Spain last year and were still not allowed to dive in the diving school because they did not have a medical clearance certificate with them. The German owner of the diving school made a relatively arrogant impression.
