Camping de la Bonnette is located in a small valley in the southern Tarn-et-Garonne, through which the Bonnette river flows. The campsite is named after the river. The green, open camping fields look out over the surrounding meadows and forests. …The campsite is surrounded by medieval towns, including Caylus, which is within walking distance. With fifty touring pitches, the campsite is small and intimate. There are spacious touring pitches on either side of a wide path, beautifully situated under leafy trees. These provide lovely shady spots. Most pitches are separated by hedges. This ensures you always have enough privacy. Besides these camping pitches, you can also book one of the rental accommodations. For example, you can stay in a mobile home or glamping tent, fully furnished with a kitchen and private bathroom. The swimming pool is in a sunny spot at the front of the campsite, near the road. The rectangular pool is not particularly special; it is mainly a nice place for a refreshing dip or to float in the water for a while. The first part of the pool is shallow, making it ideal for children who can't swim very well yet. The restaurant and the terrace, covered by a tent roof, are the social centre of the campsite. Besides the fact that the daily menus, which change regularly, are very tasty, summer evenings are often made more varied by live music and themed evenings. If it is unexpectedly a bit colder in July or August, the patio heater is turned on and you can still enjoy the casual atmosphere and delicious food until late in the evening.
