Very quiet, friendly welcome, many types of accommodation possible. Guest card for free public transport and reduced admission.NeigiamiIn heavy rain, the meadow from the gravel area to the sleeping barrel is under water, the radio is on all night and lights are on in the sanitary area. Parking arrangements on the gravel parking lot in front of the reception are not ideal. There was often no room for arriving vacationers in the waiting area, as the owners parked their three cars there.Quiet and beautiful campingWe stayed for 8 nights in the sleeping barrel, which we have always liked very much so far. Over time, however, the wooden door and the step in front of it have suffered and would need to be renewed. It was very nice that the table and chairs with parasol were included.
It would not be necessary to leave... music and lights on all night in the sanitary area.
Pleasant stay in the reception hall with coffee machine, information brochures and TV. With the guest card, public transport is free and many admissions are reduced. Our motorhome pitch was opposite our log cabin and also opposite the sanitary facilities, totally ideal. All very short distances. The log cabin was really big and very cozy. Fully equipped, nothing was missing. We... were traveling with a 4 year old. He had a lot of fun in the children's playroom.

An ideal starting point, only 15 minutes to the Waldbahn! The site is small and well laid out, quiet with little traffic, the pitch (free choice) is big enough for our bus and the sanitary facilities were super clean! Check in and out very friendly, there... is also a bread roll service and the most necessary camping items as well as chilled drinks and coffee. All stores including M-Preis are within walking distance.
2 tips:
1. drive up to the Waldbahn for breakfast. The sun is already shining there when it is still shady in the valley.

And this knowing full well that a few hours after we left, the position would be taken again. You will never see us at this campsite again. Good starting point for hikes and mountain tours in the surrounding area. The site is not very large and the pitches are sometimes very cramped, especially with a large camper van. But since everything is very nicely done, that didn't bother us. The... sanitary facilities are located in the basement of the reception building. This can be a bit of a problem for guests who have problems with stairs. The campsite is also ideal for a stopover on the way to Italy.

For us, it's an ideal base for skiing in winter, motorcycling, cycling and hiking at other times of the year.
