Nicole H.June 2023TeigiamiWe had a very nice, simple pitch with hedges, but this year it was built up with huts. The sanitary facilities were simple, but close and tidy. Supermarket on site well stocked and reception very friendly. There are also beach huts as an additional option.NeigiamiThe location has its price. We booked two places so that we had enough space and both sun and shade. Otherwise it's either hot or cold. Restaurant on site has typical camping charm. Everything is very typical of the "ambience" of camping clubs. Already a bit outdated.Simple, but unbeatable locationYou have to search a bit with google maps to find the perfect spot. If you want more space, you have to take two pitches next to each other.
Considering the price, the pitch is simple and old-fashioned. However, there is everything you need and you can shop on the pitch. As it is directly adjacent to... the town and has good access to the beach, it is still the first choice for a visit to Domburg.
Especially with a beach hut, you can do without the hassle of lugging things around and go straight from the beach into town.Automatiškai išversta.- Sandra K.February 2023TeigiamiClose to the beach and Domburg, fun pool on siteNeigiamiNo disadvantages worth mentioning!We loved it!We opened this year's camping season here in February with 2 adults, 2 children and a dog. The site is still a little sleepy. The condition of the pitches is not yet great, but I don't expect it to be in February! Due to the time of year, the site is still very little frequented and therefore absolutely... not overcrowded; this could be very different in summer. In this case, the two shower cubicles per sanitary block would be a bit tight, but at the moment it's absolutely sufficient.
I really like the toilets that are accessible from the outside, here you have peace and quiet and plenty of fresh air ;-)
The chemical toilet is also in the fresh air. The sanitary blocks are clean, but in need of renovation.
It's great to be able to use the swimming pool on site free of charge.
Contactless check-in is completely uncomplicated. Security patrols the site in the evening.
The pitches are generously sized, cars are parked outside but close to the pitch, as is often the case in the Netherlands. Some places in the park could be better lit in the dark, then you wouldn't stumble over the jambs...
WLAN is absolutely good.
The supermarket on site is well stocked, but of course 1 euro more expensive than outside.
All the staff we had contact with were super friendly.
The price-performance ratio is absolutely ok for us!

We happened to meet someone from the technical service and we were at least helped a little.
When we wanted to reserve a table in the restaurant itself, we were told succinctly and rather... unfriendly that it was closed and we could pick up something at the snack bar two doors down.
Sanitary: The toilet cubicles were clean but unheated. One of the two shower cubicles in the men's room was broken, the facilities themselves were old but clean. Some of the washbasins were repaired individually when something was broken. I can also understand that some of the sanitary buildings were closed due to winter, but the campers were spread over the whole area, which sometimes required longer walks...

Sending the access card is a great thing, especially in times of Corona, because you don't have to go to reception, but can drive straight to the pitch. The site is divided into fields in which the pitches are numbered (clearly across the... entire site). There are tents, caravans and motorhomes in many fields together. The size of the fields varies, i.e. they have between approx. 8 and 15 plots, which are not separated. There are hedges between the fields. Some fields for heavier motorhomes have paved pitches with grass strips in between. On other pitches, the grass areas are almost non-existent due to the covering with awning carpets, which leads to a lot of mud when it rains. There are no water or sewage connections on the pitches (at least not on the one I had). The sanitary facilities are numerous, well equipped and heated. There are also cabins, larger tents and vacation apartments for rent in another area of the site. Entertainment and wellness are offered, and there is also a supermarket and a restaurant. There is also a swimming pool (currently with advance booking for 90-minute periods). The beach is actually very close by, but you have to walk around the golf course, so it's a good 500m. There is a footpath on the beach, but unfortunately cycling is not allowed. Unfortunately very far to the beach, because once again money rules. Directly in front of the place, is a golf course that you can not cross. Dogs allowed but little on offer (we didn't find a shower). Swimming pool free and good, never completely overcrowded despite high season. K.March 2018Teigiamiwalking distance to the beach and to Domburg-Mitte approx. 1kmNeigiamifrom the Stone Age: the general sanitary facilities are no longer up to date3-4 stars at most in this conditionWe have the "Comfort Plus" pitch with its own sanitary facilities - not the nicest facilities, but clean and definitely recommendable. The site is currently very full (long weekend). The car parking spaces are always very scarce towards the evening, as parking is not permitted on the pitch. Our pitch... has water/waste water/electricity and cable TV connection, but for the sake of convenience we use a satellite antenna. For this, however, you should pay attention to the special request/surcharge "south-facing" when choosing a pitch. (height of hedges, trees) The sanitary facilities for standard pitches are rather substandard. I've seen better ones for ** pitches. The "Brasserie" restaurant rather disappointed us. The first service came after about 15 minutes, I then asked for the next drink at the counter. To Domburg city center about 15 min. on foot, there are plenty of better restaurants. Direction Domburg, first crossing left to the beach pavilion - also only 1km away. (No sign) Parking lot beach points to the right at the intersection, but is only for cars because of one-way streets. There should be a sign for the beach at the crossroads. The surrounding Platzstraße/main road is sometimes driven "very fast". You should be aware of this, especially for children. You can think critically about the price and the booking modalities. Even on arrival there were no reasonable parking spaces to at least pick up the key for the toilet. You get the entrance ticket by post. Then at 13 o'clock you can drive to the place and we arrived at 14 o'clock... because the toilet was not yet cleaned although you always have to leave the place at 11 o'clock. The next thing on the toilet no heating at the end of October already bad. The next the lawn resembles a swamp only ours but also all the free pitches at this time. Fortunately, I didn't need the sanitary facilities for the general public, but I can understand all the comments and can't imagine how this is supposed to work in high season when you have to queue for the big business. The leisure facilities soccer, tennis etc are all getting on in years. It was okay for us because Domburg the beach and the towns around it made up for it but we will not visit the place again. In my opinion Domburg is a city for the upper tens of thousands, all expensive food prices and all restaurants totally full at the end of October. Unfortunately, a campsite like this doesn't fit in and the site is more designed for bungalows as the money is made for the operator.Automatiškai išversta.

The pitches are muddy and only secured with 6 Amp. Electricity secured. The proximity to the beach and the town do not justify the price. The pitches are not very large and require some maneuverability when there is a lot going on. The length of stay was variable, not linked to fixed days of the week. Overall, the park is older, but very clean, we can't say anything about the toilet... buildings. The tennis courts are free, the swimming pool is great. The distance to the beach is a 10-minute walk. Renovation urgently required!!!Outdated and unkemptSanitary facilities in particular completely outdated, not sufficiently and only very superficially cleaned. Defective toilet lids, doors. Obviously not a cent has been invested in maintenance for years. A complete renovation is urgently needed! Toilets are on the outside! No "complete" door, but open... at the top and bottom! Not exactly very intimate... It even rained in. There are a few "children's showers", which belong to an outside flushing facility. The water temperature there alternates between cold and far too hot as soon as someone washes up there. Please do not allow children to shower there to avoid scalding! Power grid obviously also outdated / overloaded, several power failures, also in the sanitary building. The water pipe system there is also no longer in good order. Water pressure is so low that some of the toilets do not flush. Disgust factor! Far too few parking spaces (cars are not allowed on the pitch, there is supposedly one parking space per pitch, but in fact at least 50% too few), therefore sidewalks, junctions etc. completely parked up. If you are traveling with small children, an imposition. The facilities (swimming pool, indoor play area) are actually suitable for children, but due to the overall impression, absolutely not to be recommended! It should also be mentioned that the advertised FreeWiFi was also constantly overloaded. Not enough reception 90% of the time. Far too expensive for the condition of the facility! The houses are modernized... a little and that's it! Sanitary buildings of the campers correspond to the charm of the 80 years, they are cleaned regularly, but old remains old! This year we have booked a place with private sanitary, but this surcharge corresponds to the standard for the general public in modern facilities (not even a shower curtain).The employees are very friendly, but the animation team this year is clumsy and are not at all able to animate children. I think that in the next few years Hof Domburg will restructure the whole thing in the direction of chalets or houses! The end for camping ??????Automatiškai išversta.

In recent years, however, there has always been trouble with the pitches for motorhomes. Either there were supposedly none, or none that could be booked with the ACSI discount, or you were directed to pitches where you sank into the... mud. To this day, the site organization has not explained itself to us. Criticism was not accepted, on the contrary, all room pitches now say "no pitches" for motorhomes in the ACSI catalog. We experienced the crowning glory last weekend. According to the Internet, there were enough pitches and as we were once again not sure what price to pay, we set off without a reservation due to the early season. At reception we were then told that the site was fully booked and there were no more free pitches for camper vans. This was despite the fact that the site was no more than 20% full. A bottomless arrogance. We have never experienced anything like this in 40 years of camping. That was it for Domburg. You don't have to support such arrogance. In Zoutelande and the surrounding area there are also beautiful places where you are welcome. It's a shame that this once beautiful place is being run down and that customers are so put off that they don't come back. But even Roompot will realize at some point that service and customer orientation bring more than simple arrogance and maximum profit optimization. But then it may be too late.Automatiškai išversta.

Toilets outside, freezing cold, dirty, open at the top and bottom. All kinds of animals, leaves, rain and other dirt have free and unhindered access here. No heating, would be ineffective even with the ventilation,... I showered completely in the WW and also went to the toilet. I won't be going here again. Otherwise it was ok.
