You have a beautiful view of the Siebengebirge mountains. The site makes a well-kept impression and is divided into areas for vacation and permanent campers. The sanitary facilities were clean.... Shopping facilities include the EDEKA supermarket 400 m away.
We can't say any more after just one night. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the Siebengebirge hilltops. The pitches are large enough. The vacation pitches are separate from the permanent campers.
The sanitary facilities are excellent, as are the overall facilities of the campsite.
The area is ideal for beautiful hikes.

We planned a stay from July 24 to August 18, 2020. The telephone information and the booking request via the website went smoothly.
We were offered a nice pitch (the pitches... of different sizes are always large enough for a caravan, awning and car and some have a waste water connection), which we unfortunately had to change again after a few days because this particular pitch had already been booked by another family. So we quickly moved to the next pitch. That can happen sometimes. Apart from that, there was nothing to complain about. The site and the sanitary facilities are clean, well maintained and offer the usual standard including washing machine and dryer. There is a beautiful panoramic view of the Siebengebirge peaks from the pitch. The host family is friendly and helpful
In the immediate vicinity (adjacent to the site) there is a large Edeka supermarket - where there is also a bakery -, the Himberg inn, a German restaurant where we also had a good lunch, a bike store - where bikes can also be rented, as well as a pharmacy and petrol station. Everything is within 5 minutes walking distance. A very good Greek restaurant - Grill-Restaurant el Greco - in Aegidenberg can also be reached in a short time (distance approx. 1.7 km) by car or on foot.
There are plenty of sights in the immediate vicinity:
Castle and castle ruins Drachenburg, Nibelungenhalle, the towns of Königswinter, Remagen and Bad Honnef, the surrounding mountain peaks such as Oelberg, Löwenburg, Drachenfels, Himmerich or Petersberg and much more.
We were delighted with both the region and the campsite and will certainly be staying there again.Automatiškai išversta.
Uwe M.May 2020TeigiamiSufficiently large pitches, clean sanitary facilities, friendly welcomeNeigiamiIn the morning between 5:30 and 6:30 a.m., trucks were warming up on the neighboring propertyNice quiet placeWe had booked at short notice on 18.5. and were able to arrive on 22.5. Actually the place was occupied (due to Corona only partially utilized), but we were lucky that one place was still free. We had to wait 15 minutes on arrival as the reception was not manned between 12 and 3pm. Registration was quick... and uncomplicated, and we were shown the pitch in a friendly manner. The site is on a slight slope. The pitches have been leveled a little, but they are not completely level. We needed just under 10 cm of carpet pad under the wheel to get the caravan straight. But we have often encountered conditions like this on our travels, so we were prepared. There is another hedge between two pitches, so that the pitches are also somewhat divided. There is an electricity column for two on each double pitch. Water taps are well distributed so that the paths are not too far. There are some tall old trees (especially on the edge), otherwise there is plenty of sun and therefore good satellite reception.
There are a few dogs on the site, and there are nice paths directly from the site where you can take your four-legged friends for a walk. There is also enough space to play ball, for example.
A large country road runs not too far from the site, so you have to live with a certain amount of background noise. This didn't bother us.
There is a sanitary building at the entrance to the site, and further down in the tourist area there is a small toilet building, but this was locked during our visit. The site is clean and large enough. No longer hyper modern, but it doesn't have to be.
There is a large Edeka supermarket just around the corner and there are more than enough shops in the surrounding area. Restaurants are also within easy walking distance.
We liked it and would come back if we had plans in the area again.Automatiškai išversta.

With so many hiking opportunities and of course the proximity to Bonn with its numerous museums, you can easily spend a week or more here. The operators of the campsite are super friendly and are always on hand with help and advice. The place offers an excellent view of the Siebengebirge, perfect for cycling or hiking through the woods. The proximity to Bonn and Cologne also makes it ideal for a stroll through the city. In the evening there was a lot of traffic from overnight... guests for one night, as the site is very conveniently located as a stopover, but this didn't bother us too much. We were able to get everything we needed there quickly. We received a friendly welcome and were given a pitch directly behind the barrier on a slope that was already quite... steep. Almost only permanent campers on the site. We didn't necessarily feel welcome. Somehow it seemed that way. The sanitary facilities were clean. Could be cleaner on closer inspection. But that means it's OK and not dirty. Otherwise everything you need was there. It is pleasantly quiet. We felt very comfortable, the owners of the place with dog Balou were very nice and helpful. There is a lot to discover around the site, the forest, nature reserve, a small lake, in the village... itself there is an Edeka market just around the corner, .... and much more. Vom Empfang waren wir mehr als angenehm überrascht, sehr schöner Kiesplatz für den Wowa, ruhig, sehr saubere Sanitäranlagen und es gibt sogar relativ neue Zeitschriften und Bücher auszuleihen. NONE !!!Simply brilliant!Very nice and quiet location. Nice operators including the farm dog, who greets every guest warmly. Keep up the good work - many campers will thank you for it. By the way - books that have been read can simply be exchanged for another one. It can happen that you finish your vacation book too quickly.... A GOOD IDEA! We ended up here with our WOMO and our dog after we had had enough of spending the night on the Rhine itself - unfortunately, it's usually polluted with train and road noise.
