It's really quiet, you can choose a pitch and have a great view of the sea. The site could be better maintained. There is garbage lying around in various places. The sanitary facilities were very dirty in the evening, cleaned in the morning, but... various dead flies and cobwebs have certainly been hanging in the showers for some time. Broken soap dispensers or hooks in the showers were not repaired/replaced.
An info sheet with information about the campsite on arrival would be desirable. You get basic information verbally, but have no opportunity to look up individual things again.

The sanitary facilities are cleaned regularly and are really ok, but if people don't pick up a toilet brush, then it just... looks ... Too bad. The campsite is large and terraced, with few campers. The terraces are quite uneven, ramps, substructures etc. necessary. Free choice of pitch and great view of the sea. Electricity... on site. Small supermarket available. We were here 2 years ago, the sanitary facilities were very bad, but a cleaner was constantly cleaning. The cleanliness is also no longer objectionable. The area for pitches behind the sanitary building on a flat meadow has also been extended. We first visited this place in 2011, We stayed here again in June 2014 Camp Kozica is located on the coastal road between Novi Vinodolski and Senj - about the same distance from the two towns - on a beautiful bay, approaching Klenovica from the north. In front of the campsite there is a large parking lot with a decent restaurant, which belongs to the campsite and is also popular with long-distance travelers. The terrain of the campsite slopes gently down to the rocky beach and is partly terraced. The pitches are not divided up. However, there are plenty of electricity connections and they are not too far away. The pitches for motorhomes and caravans can be easily accessed and offer both shady and sunny spots. If you manage to get a spot on the not particularly high cliffs, you have a wonderful view over the bay and the island of Krk opposite. The sea is wonderfully clear and clean and the bay is also ideal for swimming and diving. This makes up for the mediocre, simple sanitary facilities, which are located in an older building in need of renovation and no longer in the best condition. However, they are at least partially functional. Cleanliness is mediocre and could be better. It is just about on the edge. Torn curtains and shower hoses for years, overflowing garbage containers that were not emptied during our last stay, very fine aroma. But now for something nicer: excursions to the Velika Kapela mountain range, which reaches an altitude of 1533 meters, should not be missed. A beautiful hiking area can be reached via the Veliki Alan pass. The views over the islands of the northern Adriatic over Raab, Krk and Cres and the many other small islands are simply fantastic. Side trips to the towns of Crikvenica on the coast and Ogulin behind the mountains are also worthwhile, and Rijeka can also be reached on a day trip. Those who choose the route via Veliki Alan to Ogulin should not be afraid of the solitude and the dark forest. Before exploring the region, you should obtain good maps. The signposting in the hinterland on the narrow, winding and sometimes unpaved roads is poor. You shouldn't rely on a navigation device, but that's part of the charm. We felt comfortable there despite the sometimes serious shortcomings. However, despite the wonderful location, we can only award a maximum of 3 out of 5 stars because of the sometimes inadequate maintenance and condition of the sanitary facilities and the cleanliness of the site.Automatiškai išversta.

We spent 2 nights here to really relax. It works very well here. In the low season you hear very little from the nearby coastal road. The reception was ok. The mini market was closed and there was no bread service as listed on the homepage. This could have been pointed... out to us at reception. There are no shopping facilities within walking distance. Thank goodness we had stocked up in a supermarket beforehand. So we were well equipped for breakfast and an evening barbecue. The lower pitches are very sloping and you need good chocks to be able to align a motorhome to some extent. The sanitary facilities are fairly new and are cleaned regularly. However, there is often water running out of the showers in the ladies' area. There are problems with the drainage here. Fresh water for the camper van is available from a hose at the sanitary block. This hose was also used by other campers to rinse the toilet cassette. The site is laid out with terraces and offers space for everyone. Small-scale war only takes place for pitches in the first row, mainly by Italian campers, who move within the pitch as soon as a pitch becomes free by sitting down with their chair on the... pitch and waiting until you have left. New sanitary building, but.... if it is cleaned like this, you have had a nice building for the longest time. In other words, no cleaning at all, showers dirty again. The cleaner walks around with a cloth and a spray bottle and apparently cleans the entire building.... Small store for daily needs ok. Restaurant not tried.
