From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the owners, who not only welcomed us but also provided us... with invaluable information about the area, ensuring we made the most of our stay. Their friendliness and hospitality truly set the tone for our time here.
One of the highlights of our stay was the charming shop offering fresh bread daily, a true delight for our breakfasts. And let's not forget the cozy café with its wooden benches & tables, where we savored our morning coffee while taking in the surroundings.
The sanitary facilities at Camping Lazy Rancho are unparalleled. Clean, new, and impeccably maintained, they easily rank as the cleanest we've encountered during our three months of traveling through Europe. It's evident that the staff takes great pride in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of their guests.
The pitches at this campground are exceptionally spacious and offer fantastic amenities for the price. With water, waste water, and superb electricity hookups readily available, we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The peaceful ambiance, shaded by beautiful trees, provided the perfect respite from the summer heat.
But perhaps the most impressive aspect of Camping Lazy Rancho is its staff. Always friendly and incredibly helpful, they catered to our every need with a smile.
The campground boasts not one, but two well-equipped kitchens, a godsend for those who enjoy cooking amidst such picturesque surroundings. And let's not forget the views – oh, the views! Without a doubt, this campground offers the best view in the entire Bernese Oberland, hands down.

The bathroom and washing facilities are some of the cleanest I’ve seen in 25 years of active camping, and that at high season with the site booked to full capacity.NeigiamiOur pitch was on a bit of a slope and it was difficult leveling up our van since the ground was soft. The pool is rather small and offers no comfortable seating or sunbathing areas, apart from a few plastic chairs. A small play tower and a ping-pong table are unfortunately all the children need. The campsite and the sanitary facilities are clean, which is what I... would expect from a 4-star campsite in Switzerland. The store is also small, but adequate. Disappointingly, there is neither a restaurant nor a snack bar or anything like that. The staff were friendly. The view of the mountains is very nice. High price compared to neighbouring Austria but about average for Switzerland, £50/night for 4 adults.

- christian h.July 2014Teigiamisee aboveNeigiamiI can't think of anycleanest site for 21 years campingsuper nice and super clean with little extras..the right description for camping lazy rancho..there is a rag at every washing area, a squeegee in the showers, the sinks are spotless..what more could you want?but you get even more: freezer box for ice packs, top equipped kitchen for shared use, chic lounge... and above all a hot tub and a garden sauna that you can book for the desired date after hiking. the swimming pool is warm enough for a few strokes and the barbeque area is also tempting. the evening meal with a clear view of the eiger, mönch and jungfrau is a real hit. conveniently located between lakes thun and brienz, it attracts visitors to the bernese oberland. you can pick up discount vouchers for numerous attractions in the well-stocked camping store (tip: try the dark rugenbräu) and you'll get really great advice. all in all, a real hit and a beautifully situated site. all the best to the owners, we'll be back.Automatiškai išversta.

Adrian W.May 2013Great campsite!!! Very friendly and helpful! Slight deductions for the outdoor sink. Great in nice weather but not so great in the wind and rain. The store is small but has everything you need! The road is a bit noisy because of the agricultural machinery. But that's not the campsite's fault. We will definitely be back!!!Automatiškai išversta.
