- Thomas L.July 2019TeigiamiFriendly operators, beautiful natural locationNeigiamia bit crowded or a lot in summer and many not so friendly Dutch peopleFriendly, full but very one-sided audienceWe got to know this place for one night in the summer of 2018. It was great to watch France in the World Cup final in a bar on a campsite in France. Now we spent 5 nights here in July 2019. Once again, we received a very friendly welcome. The pool is nice and the sanitary facilities are good. The pitch... is not so small, but not too big. Partly shady pitches. There are particularly nice pitches down by the Dordogne. However, it can sometimes get wet there. More suitable for a motorhome. You can buy bread at the store on site without ordering in advance. That's good, but in Argentat it's even better at the bakery "La Figounette". There are also other things to buy in the store. There is a snack bar and a pool bar. Good fries (but in France you have to be careful to say fries and not chips or French fries). Friendly service everywhere here too. The mobile network is not good in this part of the valley. However, there is a free but slow WLAN on site. We didn't notice it so much last year, but this time there were almost exclusively Dutch people on the site. I have no problem with any nation. And I know that Germans are not the most popular people. But we felt very ostracized here. As if we were unwanted foreigners in a club. You can tell by the fact that you're hardly greeted in the morning or it's almost impossible to talk to the people sitting next to you. I feel very sorry for the nice operators, but we didn't like it. The fantastic Gouffre de Padirac cave is nearby. It is very crowded and you should book tickets a few days in advance. But it really is amazing. We had previously seen the Labouiche and Aven Armand caves. There are also some well-known places nearby that are worth seeing: Argentat, Rocadamur, Turenne, Collonges-la-Rouge. All full of tourists, but still worth seeing. Of course, you can also go canoeing on the Dordogne and pass right by the campsite.Automatiškai išversta.
- sev p.July 2013Campsite on the banks of the Dordogne but too close to the road, making pitches 3 4 5 6 very noisy. The poolside pizzeria offers cheap frozen pizzas at 12 euros !!!! The reception bar offers a decent snack, but this doesn't make up for the various inconveniences caused.Automatiškai išversta.
- Uli R.August 2010Situated on the Dordogne, quiet, terraced with pitches directly on the banks. Opportunities for canoeing, hiking, less for cycling. Sufficient store on site, kiosk with simple meals. Bus in front of the site, weekdays only. Swimming in the Dordogne.Automatiškai išversta.
