The view of the mountains, the site layout, the super clean sanitary facilities and the whole campsite was very well maintained. The bakery service was simply mega. Cycle paths are very well signposted in all directions. The Adige... cycle path deserves a special mention. The campsite team was always friendly and very helpful. We had no problem with the 12 m car/caravan combination. It was our first time here and we would love to come back.Automatiškai išversta.

However, it really has to be mentioned that we never slept so badly anywhere during our eight-week vacation. The train service starts at 5:30 in the morning and doesn't end until 11pm. The "receptionist" mumbled to himself for about 1 minute. Then he said: "He doesn't actually do that, but now he's offering us the most beautiful pitch he has?
As tastes differ, we wanted to see the place first. He told us in a nasal voice... that this was not possible! At first we thought it was a joke.
When we continued to insist, he said:
"now you've lost" and we wouldn't get a seat at all.
So we moved on to the next campsite where we were immediately given a map of the site and told to choose a nice spot. (as is usual everywhere else)
Maybe we'll try again next year, maybe there'll be a different employee - who "hasn't smoked anything".

Overall, the site is very well maintained and beautifully laid out. Our pitch offered enough space. The sanitary facilities are super nice and always kept clean. The swimming pool is a dream, very nicely laid out and there are plenty of sun loungers to enjoy the beautiful view. Electricity (16 A) and fresh water are available at all pitches. The trees provided us with plenty of shade from late afternoon onwards. The German-speaking Mr. Punter and his staff were... always calm, very friendly and happy to help. Fresh bread rolls could be ordered for every day except Sundays, the small store at reception had some essential items and chilled drinks and ice cream. There were many German and Dutch campers on the site, as well as some Belgian, Italian and English campers. Everything from families with children to senior citizens were represented. The playground was perfect for our youngest. For the older ones there was a table football table and two table tennis tables. Two washing machines and a dryer (5€ each). The sanitary facilities were spotlessly clean and there was never a wait. The price also included free entry to the outdoor pool in Malles/Mals (max. 5 minutes' walk) as well as free travel by bus and train with the included Vinschgaucard and other discounts, e.g. on mountain railroads. The train and bus stations were located between the CP and the outdoor pool. However, this did not disturb the peace and quiet at any time. The location is perfect for excursions without your own vehicle. Malles is on the Adige cycle path, which we cycled in both directions (sensational!!). Bikes can be taken on buses and trains for an extra charge. Sometimes there is a shuttle service. If I have understood correctly, no e-bikes are transported. There is a lot for young and old to experience and discover in and around Malles/Mals. The town center is about a 15-minute walk away. For us, it was a great and eventful two weeks, during which we did a lot on foot, by bus, train and bike and rarely by car. We will definitely be back!Automatiškai išversta.

The price per night is relatively high (high season).Very nice campsite in wonderful surroundings...... where we really felt at home for 3 weeks. A wonderful view of the mountains, a pretty village and lots of opportunities to explore the surrounding valleys. The Vinschgau train also makes it easy to reach more distant destinations. It's easy to overlook the fact that the train makes a lot of noise... early on, but this is probably particularly noticeable on the lower level, which is otherwise very quiet as the playground is a long way away. The pitch had a nice view, but was relatively small. The sanitary facilities were very nice, there is no restaurant... or similar. Unfortunately, there were no bread rolls on Sunday mornings, nor anywhere else in the village. That was a great pity. Overall, I would visit the site again at any time.Automatiškai išversta.

This time we stopped on the way home from the south because we wanted to cycle the Vinschgau cycle path. You can start directly from the CP and then cycle 63 km along the well-maintained cycle path to Merano. There you can leave your bikes at the train... station and take the Vinschau train directly back to Mahls and pick up your bike. As previously described, the campsite is located directly on the railroad line, but is not at all disruptive. The sanitary facilities are super clean and brand new. The bread service is also great. The bread room is second to none. Very helpful site staff. A clear "recommendable" for anyone who loves the mountains and enjoys hiking.Automatiškai išversta.

It's not too big, but big enough to feel comfortable. The site staff are very friendly and helpful. The location of the campsite is ideal. The train and bus stations are just 500m away. Despite the proximity of the railroad line, the site is in a quiet location. The trains... arriving and departing do not disturb at all. The pitches could be a little larger, but are sufficient. The fact that the site is terraced does not make it feel cramped in any way. The cleanliness of the sanitary facilities was really remarkable. Although the site was very busy, everything was always spotlessly clean. My wife and I can recommend the campsite at any time with a clear conscience. We have now been "repeat offenders" several times and are still delighted. We'll be back again! As always, the site and the sanitary facilities are clean and well maintained. The bread roll service is excellent. The site is centrally located. The adjacent train... station and train traffic did not disturb us. On the contrary, the adjacent train station meant you could confidently leave your car parked. And since the "Vischgau Card" is included in the price, you can use all public transport throughout South Tyrol, including some cable cars, free of charge. The W-LAN reception was improved and from this year onwards was also good from our pitch, which was a little further away.Automatiškai išversta.

The site is located above the train station, but it doesn't really bother you. The campsite and sanitary facilities are very clean and on arrival you get the Vinschgaucard, which allows you to travel by train and bus free of charge.... there are also discounted or free admission to some facilities. The town center of Malles/Mals is about a 15-minute walk away, where you can find everything you need for daily life. We would love to come back.Automatiškai išversta.
