- Jiří R.August 2022TeigiamiThe camping pub can do a good job of tapping a beer, even pre-chilling a pint. No problem hooking up to the electricity in the tent.NeigiamiTotally inadequate restrooms. Few showers and toilets, uncomfortable, hot water is heated by boilers, so practically only lukewarm water flows all the time. There is no usual equipment in the campsite - kitchen, fridge, freezer, washing machine. WIFI only works at reception, where you sit outside on the kerb, there are no sockets for chargers. Tents are also pitched on unimproved areas, such as on a gentle slope. The night-time quiet is disturbed by the adjacent road with quite heavy traffic, including trucks.CAR CAMP PUNTA POVILEA good starting point for visiting the national parks of North Velebit and Risnjak.
Pebble beach, water shoes recommended.
I don't know if this is always the case, but we were surprised by the cold sea during our stay. We stopped at the campsite on the way home and spent 1 night. The next day we left the campsite by the required time, but before going home, we went to... their café for a coffee, as it is good and the view from there is beautiful. We parked outside, in a spot that another car had just driven out of. Just as we get our coffee (so about 5 to 10 minutes later), an elderly gentleman first tries to force open the driver's door, but as the car was locked, he starts breaking the wipers on the car. I quickly run to the car and ask what's wrong, he shouts at me that I'm not allowed to park there, that there's a space for people from the campsite. When I say that we have just left the campsite, he starts to behave differently, but he doesn't apologise to me, he just gets in his car and drives off.
The man, being the father of a minister, allows himself everything.

Really bad experience with the owner.
The staff at the reception and in the bar next door are very friendly, but the owner Srećko Butković behaves disrespectfully - he allows himself too much.
We stopped at the camp on the way home and spent 1 night. The next day, we left the camp by the required time, but before going home, we went to their bar for a coffee, as it has a good coffee and beautiful view. We parked outside, to the spot from which one of other cars had just left. Just when we get our coffee (that is, about 5 to 10 minutes later), an elderly man first tries to force open the driver's door, but because the car was locked, he starts breaking the windshield wipers on the car. I quickly run to the car and ask what's wrong, he shouts at me that I shouldn't park there, that there is a place for people from the camp. However, the sanitary facilities and their cleanliness leave a lot to be desired (although the cleanliness here is mainly due to the campers). Toilet paper is often missing and you have to take cold showers. Soap is also missing. Unfortunately, the view of the garbage containers is not so nice either. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful, they are also happy to give tips about leisure activities in the region. The site is not parceled out, but is still to come. This has advantages and disadvantages.... The advantages are that we chose the pitch that we liked and we were able to position ourselves as we wanted and we didn't find it too cramped (despite the high season). The disadvantage was that if we had driven off with our camper van, it could have been that our beautiful pitch would have been gone (which was not the case due to nice neighbors). The sanitary facilities are really a bit older, unfortunately some fellow campers are sometimes so antisocial and leave the place unclean after the toilet or shower. A cleaner is regularly on site. It would be nice if there were more showers and toilets. There are good shopping opportunities in the surrounding area as well as good and inexpensive restaurants.Automatiškai išversta.

Electricity and water included in the overnight price.NeigiamiSanitary facilities (2 houses for the entire site) with a total of 5 toilets and 3 shower cubicles each are too few, but still clean!Autokamp Punto PovileWe drove to the site on the off chance and were delighted. Only the sanitary facilities were too old and not enough, but still very clean. The beach is littered with small to large stones, so bathing shoes are essential. The water is a kind of Kneipp bath due to freshwater springs (sometimes ice-cold,... sometimes warm), but crystal clear and refreshing. A small kiosk within walking distance offers everything you need, and there is a Lidl and a Plodine supermarket in Novo Vinodolski. - klaus t.June 2012a place with a unique view, also directly from the breakfast or dinner table. attention, steep coast, you have to climb a bit to swim. unfortunately, absolutely poor sanitary "facilities", more precisely only sheds with ancient ceramics from tito's times, which are also hardly maintained. somewhat restless... day and night due to directly adjacent coastal road, small stores nearby, no supermarket. unsuitable for cycling. the coast makes a somewhat untidy impression here, ancient vacation complexes in a state ripe for demolition, probably also from tito's time. also suitable as a transit site for larger motorhomes. the waste disposal station is a joke, due to the wrong slope everything runs sideways and seeps away, in the end it probably ends up in the sea.....and so narrow that you have to maneuver yourself into a wolf or drive on with scratches on your motorhome.Automatiškai išversta.

In front of the campsite there is a small grocery and a restaurant. This campsite is a bright memory of travelling in Croatia, more suitable for people preferring privacy.Automatiškai išversta.
Robert K.July 2010The campsite is located directly on the Jandranska Magistrale, the coastal road! It is a bit noisier than the pitches near the road! Power points are well distributed, 25 meters of cable is enough! No store, no restaurant on site. Next store approx. 100 meters outside the campsite; there are plenty of... restaurants in the village - in the Konoba Lucija at the port of Povile you get -10 percent as a camping guest - after prior notification at the CP reception you will receive a card for this discount! The konoba can be reached without traffic via a beautiful beach promenade! The campsite has many sunny pitches; there is also a small wood, but this is more suitable for tent campers! The site is not (yet) parceled out - so there is plenty of space for every caravan! There are many bathing bays, most with white pebbles, all easily accessible via concrete steps! Sanitary facilities: there are two sanitary buildings on the site: a total of 5 toilets each for men and women and 3 showers each. The hot water ran out quite quickly! In our opinion, we didn't see the cleaners often enough - sometimes the toilet paper and soap ran out! A big plus of this place is the beautiful view of the sea and Krk! Very friendly staff at reception, speak good German!Automatiškai išversta.
