The pitches are comfortable, electricity is available, as is water. Sanitary facilities are centrally located, simply equipped, but sufficient and clean. The peace and quiet and the surrounding nature were particularly relaxing. We will remember the romantic evening with a campfire under the incredibly beautiful starry sky for a long time to come. The café in the garden right next to the campsite offers a great atmosphere... that you can enjoy even when it's raining. The only downside is that it is unfortunately closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Water and electricity easily accessible. Nice café right next to the castle, great atmosphere, especially in the evening. We even had live music. Everything you need for your own campfire is available at the camp. The wash house is simple, but large and functional. Dog-friendly. A good starting point for hiking, cycling or as a base for motorcycle tours (Sölkpass), as we used it The village is within walking distance, but a bit steep.NeigiamiDue to the location, some of the access roads are narrow, steep and winding. However, the journey is worthwhile.Generous and close to natureWe felt quite comfortable during our 3 overnight stays. The only thing missing was an opportunity for water fun.

The site is very large and there is also a separate naturist area which is completely separated from the "normal"... site.
Ideally, there is also a small but nice cafe at the upper end of the site, which invites you to spend a few evenings there.

Hospitality is a top priority at this campsite. The manager (Phillip) makes every guest feel like they are on vacation with friends. The only thing that could be criticized is that we once had no electricity for 30 minutes. Nevertheless, it is camping and that includes the adventure factor.

The campsite is beautifully situated and offers a great view of the town of Oberwölz and the surrounding mountains. The pitches are generously sized and offer plenty of space for tents, motorhomes and caravans....
The sanitary facilities are not new but are very clean and well maintained and offer everything you need. The service at the campsite is also excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome as a guest.
I particularly liked the fact that the Rothenfels campsite is very close to nature. There are many opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking and cycling in the surrounding area. But there is also a lot to experience on the campsite itself, such as a small natural pond for swimming or a playground for children. You also have the opportunity to make a small campfire in the evening:-)
If you're looking for a relaxing break from everyday life close to nature, this is the place for you. The campsite is in a beautiful location and offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside. There are many hiking trails close to the campsite, so you can set off straight from the site.

The staff and manager were extremely friendly and helpful and provided us with all the information and tips we needed. The staff also made sure that the site was always kept clean and tidy, which was very pleasant.
A highlight is the café right next to the site, which has a great atmosphere and offers small, delicious meals and drinks. It's a great place to have a cup of coffee and unwind.
I would definitely recommend the campsite to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing time while still having the opportunity to spend time in nature hiking or cycling.Automatiškai išversta.
