The sanitary facilities are absolutely sufficient and absolutely clean, although there are only two sinks, where you sometimes have to wait a short time at the weekend until you can wash your dishes. The campsite offers a bread roll service... and a small selection of drinks. Direct access to the Diemelsee, the lido is perhaps only a 5-minute walk away. There is a small, fine swimming pool right next door, as well as a restaurant with a beer garden. Also ideal for families with dogs.Automatiškai išversta.

The owners are very friendly and solve any problems quickly and easily. That is second to none. We found the campsite to be very informal. As is often the case in Germany, the focus is on permanent campers. Anglers obviously find the best... conditions because they stand like reeds on the shore. Recommended for a long weekend. Unsuitable as a stopover as it is far from any highway. Restaurant on site and bread roll service are good. Overall price and performance are good. As short-term guests, we were put on the rear pitches away from the lake. The access roads are so narrow that they are not suitable for larger caravans and motorhomes. The restaurant/ pub and beer garden are great, the site behind it needs a bit... more maintenance and the owners would certainly need to invest in pitches with lake views to attract transit campers for a longer stay. The owners are friendly and very helpful. A nogo is the operation of a sawmill next door, so that the night ends punctually at 7 o'clock.Automatiškai išversta.
Carsten M.September 2015TeigiamiSanitary facilities, bathing facilitiesNeigiamiUnfortunately no shopping facilities in the village, but the campsite can't help that!Insider tip on the DiemelseeThe site is characterized by permanent campers and is equipped with partly paved (grass pavers) tourist pitches and has direct access to the Diemelsee. There is a great restaurant and a spacious, clean and modern sanitary building on the site and in the immediate vicinity is the "Haus des Gastes" with... a great nature exhibition and a modernized leisure pool, which will probably only open in 2016. Unfortunately, there is no longer a store in Heringhausen, but there is one in the neighboring village. There is a new adventure mini golf course on site, a lido with a slide, boat hire and much more. The owners are very friendly and helpful and offer a bread roll service. Great location and dogs are really welcome. We would particularly like to emphasize the genuine hospitality of the owners, who even helped to park the car. The only drawback is that we couldn't put up an awning as the pitch wasn't that big and we couldn't put pegs in the... ground as the pitch is paved and our ropes would have ended up on the path. But the caravan was easy to park and we didn't have to drag in so much dirt. I thought it was better than if the pitch only had earth, as the grass was already broken, but we would still go there again any time.Automatiškai išversta.
