Werner S.June 2018Teigiamiseparated from the Old Town only by the Vistula River - bridge 1km long absolutely worth seeing old townNeigiamiloud, somewhat diminishing at nightabsolutely great for a city campsiteVery well-equipped site for a city campsite; very good and clean sanitary facilities with chip card to open; always really hot water; plenty of showers, toilets and washbasins available; hardly any shade on the pitches; large old trees provide good shade on the campsite; restaurant on the campsite serves... very tasty baked trout; everyone at reception is friendly and speaks very good English; the campsite is surrounded on two sides by main roads with several lanes, so it's quite noisy, but it dies down at night; you can also hear the train; the picturesque old town is absolutely worth seeing, without crowds of tourists (at least in June); we had the best Polish food ever in the old town on the city wall; they only cook according to old recipes; the atmosphere is great and they speak good German (hotel and restaurant German homepage https://www.spichrz.pl/contact/?lang=en); the house is over 300 years old (see photos);Automatiškai išversta.- Annett M.June 2018TeigiamiConveniently locatedNeigiamivery loudGood for a stopoverGood site with decent sanitary facilities and very friendly staff. Very conveniently located at the corner of a busy road and the Vistula bridge, but very noisy as a result. The nearby goods station doesn't make it any better, the ground even shakes with some trains. The good thing is that it is much... quieter at night. The short walk to the really beautiful old town (approx. 20 minutes over the bridge) is perfect for a stroll. Our conclusion: A good place for a short stopover that only gets one star deducted because of the noise.Automatiškai išversta.

Therefore, the background noise was accordingly. An advantage is the immediate proximity to the city - about 15 minutes walk over the bridge and the extremely well-kept... environment on the site. The camper area and bungalow area are well separated. It was fine for us for 2 nights, but we wouldn't want to stay any longer - a stopover, so to speak. We didn't try the restaurant, but we could see that a reasonably priced buffet is offered every evening.Automatiškai išversta.

A short walk over the bridge and you're already in the city. The adjacent road and railroad tracks are there, but not tragic. There is a big road and the train station nearby, but at night there is not much traffic, even my family who do not rise as early as me were not overly grumpy. Might be louder in summer with more people on it. And the situation right across the beautiful city is perfect! Sanitary equipment needs a little improvement.
