There is a sanitary building, older but clean, very narrow showers, and connected to the left half of the site by a long... path.
Bread roll service and bistro with burgers/pizza etc.
About 20 minutes on foot to the train station and for €12.80 return ticket the public transport is unbeatable. Some power connections do not work. Some can only be connected with a French plug. Plug can be connected. So a long cable is necessary. But there are also CEE connections.

In many places, campers who had left had left their garbage behind or disposed of it, such as gnawed bones, broken baby carriages and old mats. On one of the main paths there was a bag... of leftover food from McDoof. From the time we arrived in the afternoon until we left the next morning, nothing had changed. The sanitary facilities are a disgrace: dilapidated, partially defective, poorly supplied and dirty. Not a trace of disinfectant. No remedial action was taken here, even after we made a comment. Friendly staff who are employed by the municipality and who manage the most necessary things without any initiative on their part. However, we don't understand why the site was rated 5 stars. Everything should be great and fit. Unfortunately, we let ourselves be guided by... the ratings here and really fell in for the first time. The sanitary building is getting on in years and very basic. We are not spoiled, but it took us a lot of effort to use it. In addition, there are guests who leave the toilet dirty. PRIMA. Even after the daily cleaning (sprayed through once with the hose), disgusting feces were visible in the three available toilet cubicles. This is absolutely unacceptable and using it is a health hazard. In general, the place made a very neglected and unkempt impression. We will definitely not stay here a second time. There are better places nearby. A pity really, because the location of the site is very nice.Automatiškai išversta.

We spend the night at the campsite every time we go to the coast and back again. Great nature, impressive bridge, beautiful town with history! For traffic reasons, we once traveled after 21:00. Impressive location directly on the Loire, quiet but still close to the center. Friendly welcome, we were allowed to choose our pitch. The caravan could remain hitched up. We only used the restaurant for a glass of wine, but we experienced a wonderful sunset over the Loire, which flows wide and mighty past the site. The campsite is in a great location, you can go on bike rides along the Loire. The nearby town of Beaugency is well worth a visit. The reception was friendly, the sanitary facilities are very basic but... clean. There is a small store. The price-performance ratio is good. We didn't make use of the restaurants. Thomas F.July 2010We spent one night here on our way to the Atlantic. The site is beautifully located close to the highway, right on the Loire. The historic village is simply magical. The pitches are great and the site is spacious and very well maintained, the staff very friendly, the bar even showed the World Cup games... on a projector. Everything was absolutely great - except the sanitary facilities - we didn't use the showers and the toilets were no better. Leclerc and SuperU as well as cheap petrol stations within a 5km radius. Also great with a dog. We will be happy to come here again next time.Automatiškai išversta.
