Access to the lido (until mid-September) The sanitary facilities are no longer brand new, but are spacious and very well designed (toilets, showers and washrooms are separate). Shower works at the touch of a button without the hassle of inserting coins. Water and electricity directly at the pitch. No kiosk, but there are many supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. There is also a restaurant on the pitch and at the nearby tennis court (200 meters away)NeigiamiWiFi is available, but very weak. The pitch is very narrow, larger caravans and motorhomes have problems turning and maneuvering here - without a mover it can be challenging. There was also a small accident during our stay, as this is a private site, this has to be resolved between the parties involved without the police.Quite okThe place is very popular, so be sure to make a reservation. S.February 2023TeigiamiGood location, cleanliness, friendliness, free wifi, everything else included and no extra costs everywhereNeigiaminothing worth mentioningFriendly and cleanThe site is very well located for excursions along the Bergstrasse - Mannheim, Odenwald, Darmstadt and everything in between is within easy reach. The reception is friendly, the large shepherd dog in front of the desk is absolutely peaceful and harmless. The pitches are not overly large, but quite adequate.... The sanitary building is not old, but not brand new either. Cleanliness is definitely guaranteed, it is cleaned several times a day. Of course, it's like everywhere on campsites with contemporaries who have neither education, nor decency or standards. If you don't see it as your job to flush the toilet or clean up after yourself, you may have had a bad childhood or have the wrong attitude....
The site itself doesn't offer any major attractions, the lake is nearby and there is no direct access. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, but the gastronomy is very limited in winter.
Dogs are allowed, but cost an inexplicable three euros per day. For what?
The internet is now free and worked well for us. We wanted to visit Heppenheim, Weinheim, etc. and found this very centrally located campsite with its good ratings for sanitary facilities. And rightly so. Some of the pitches are quite small, that's true. However, we don't have a very large... caravan, so it was a good fit for us. All pitches for tourist campers have water and waste water directly at the pitch and are close to the wash house. The water was turned off on the pitches in November, but that's understandable and not a problem because of the proximity to the sanitary facilities. The only thing I don't like is that the timer for the ladies' showers continues to run for 7 minutes, even if you turn off the water. The timer for the men's showers is a little shorter, but it does stop. The site is ideal for visiting beautiful places such as Heppenheim, Ladenburg, Weinheim, Bensheim.... TOP suitable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pitches were large enough for a caravan, car and awning and were bordered by well-kept hedges. The sanitary facilities were spacious, plentiful and - despite the large number of vacationers - clean. The lake was a great... place to linger and swim. Dogs were not allowed in the swimming area, but could access the cool water outside the campsite after a five-minute walk. There was no dog waste on the campsite at our time. LTE was available on our pitch. The restaurant on the site was well frequented (unfortunately not by us). The bread roll service was good.Automatiškai išversta.

Unfortunately, the site lacks flair, it seems extremely sterile and impersonal, in the permanent camper area partly unkempt and chaotic. The pitches are just big... enough for a medium-sized caravan and an awning, but then you can't even fit a chair in front of the awning. However, they are perfectly adequate for an overnight stay or a camper van with awning. The direct access to the bathing lake (=public outdoor pool) between 8 am and 8 pm and the huge children's playground behind the outdoor pool is nice. Shopping facilities are within walking distance, bread rolls are available on site. ACSI was unfortunately not accepted, although in the period. For children there is not much to do, except the adjacent outdoor pool (or the lake with an unheated pool). as a starting point by car for tours to Heidelberg / Lugwigshafen / Mannheim good (highway within earshot!),...
