Quiet and idyllic on a terraced site, between fruit trees on the outskirts of the village, a small but very nice campsite. Very warm and uncomplicated welcome, everything is completely uncomplicated. Level pitches with gravel surface. No asphalt or concrete anywhere, everything is very natural but well-kept. The sanitary facilities are spotlessly clean and very comfortable. No shower coins or similar nonsense. Pitches are big enough (9m caravan plus 3m deep awning). No hustle and bustle, very quiet. You can really relax here!NeigiamiSmall point of criticism: Comfort pitch, but the supply and disposal column is too far away, depending on how you position the car. We couldn't use the waste water connection because it was a good 15m away... but that didn't stop us from spending a relaxing vacation here anyway.Fantastic location and warm welcome!This is exactly one of those small but lovely places for anyone looking for relaxation and recreation. No fuss, no skiing. In the middle of nature, you'll find an almost classic campsite here, in the spirit of the actual camping concept. Of course, the facilities are modern and comfortable, but fortunately... there is no adventure land for young or old here. Simply camping. With a view of fruit trees, in a quiet location and very well-kept. No wristbands, everything is managed in a very pragmatic and uncomplicated way: "Yes have a beer, we'll write it down". Even the contact beforehand was very clearly characterized by warm friendliness. All in all, this is how camping should be!Automatiškai išversta.

The ground was a well-kept green lawn with a gravel area for the tent. The trailer and car could stay in place,... which gave us plenty of privacy.
The site made a very well-kept and modern impression. It's a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle and stress.
If you are looking for relaxation rather than a party, this is the place for you.

Cycling and hiking tours possible directly from the site.
Hourly train service to Stockach and Radolfzell, from R. further in all directions. Train station approx. 5-10 min. walk away....
A German (hotel) restaurant in the village, a great pizzeria at the airfield, approx. 2-3 km.
Unfortunately, the CP was occupied by some masters and mistresses who did not have their pets under control at all. Never experienced anything so extreme. Sometimes you had to listen to them barking for minutes on end. The door to the neighbor's camper van opened and the "foot horn" immediately started barking.
As already organized on many campsites, I plead for an extra area for dog owners.

At the edge of the site there is a fenced-in dog playground with a tunnel, seesaw etc.!
A local train passes the site twice an hour, it didn't bother me... as it was very quiet.

Wife and dog were totally relaxed, so everything was fine.
I thought the sanitary facilities were great and were always clean.

The site is right on the edge of the village and next to the orchards and forest. The area is great for hiking but you can also explore Lake Constance for free with the guest card.

If you are super sensitive to noise this can be annoying. For us it was absolutely OKBeautiful, small square in the orchardsWe were at Lake Constance over the Easter holidays and were therefore able to fully enjoy the blossoming fruit trees. The landscape is a dream and a good starting point for cycling/tours in the surrounding area. With the spa card you can use public transport and the train stop to Radolfzell is a 5-minute... walk away. Perfect with dogs, as you can start beautiful tours directly from the campsite. For families with children it offers rather little but you can also quickly reach the lido in Bodman by bike.

The welcome is super friendly and warm, you immediately feel at home. The Knaust family or someone from the team guides new arrivals to their allocated pitches and explains the entire site in great detail. There is always someone... available for a chat or to give you tips on excursions in the surrounding area and they always take the time. There is a small store where you can buy the essentials, for larger purchases there is an EDEKA 5 km away in Stockach. There is a bistro for small snacks or something - partly home-baked - for the afternoon café. Fresh bread rolls are brought to the camper van in the morning.
The sanitary facilities are probably newer and very clean and attractive.
The comfort pitches are mostly on a levelled gravel surface, so hard rings for stone floors are recommended. There is a supply column for electricity, water and waste water in the middle of every 4 pitches.
The site is well laid out with around 70 pitches, and the few permanent campers are also very friendly.
As soon as you leave the site, you are surrounded by extensive apple orchards and have plenty of opportunities for long or short walks or even short hikes.
A fenced, lovingly designed dog meadow is available at all times.
Lake Constance is approx. 5 km away. With the guest card you receive, you can use all local public transport free of charge as well as some discounts for museums etc.
