There are lots of smiling children and relaxed parents. It rained the whole time we were here, but we still had a great time. The place has a lot of fans who come here regularly. The location is really great for relaxing in the middle of nature. You can go hiking or cycling in the surrounding area. There is a lot to discover. There is a beautiful natural pond to cool off, which is also illuminated at night. There are... lots of activities for children...playground, soccer field, volleyball court...there are pigs, rabbits and a duck pond.
The couple who run the place are super nice and have an open ear for everything. As soon as I arrived, I felt like I was on vacation and in a relaxing mood 🙃⛺☀️
As is often mentioned, the sanitary facilities are already getting on in years, BUT!!!, always top clean 👍, thanks to the cleaning (rarely seen, but they do a very good job 👍).
We love this place and will be back soon....🥰
I could mention a thousand more things that really make this place special... but it's better to see for yourself....

Delicious food, bread roll service and friendly operators. Very reasonably priced with ADAC-CampCard.NeigiamiAlmost no cell phone reception without WLAN. Some pitches have a significant gradient and require a little more effort to set up.Feel-good campsiteThe site is quietly located a little away from the village of Lingerhahn, by a stream in a wooded area. It is large and offers pitches for every taste (sunny, shady, by the bathing pond or further away, etc.). The owner family is very friendly and keeps the site in good condition. The restaurant / restaurant... is in the style of an alpine pasture, really rustic. The food is delicious. Our sanitary building is older, but well maintained and clean. The site rules ensure peace and quiet, the guests kept to them and we didn't find them annoying but rather the opposite. The campsite is located in a "dead zone", so cell phone reception was pretty poor. But it hardly bothered us during our short vacation.

We had very good schnitzel in the restaurant and the service was also very friendly. Unfortunately the wifi didn't work on the pitch, but that wasn't so important for us. Unfortunately,... I have to say that we didn't like the wash house at all. It is very old and no longer up to date. The shower cubicles are very cramped and there is only one shower curtain for the men. We didn't feel comfortable there and don't really need a 5-star luxury wash house. If we had known this beforehand, we would not have come to the campsite. In the scullery there is only one basin with warm water, which we also didn't find very special. We think the site has the potential for more as it is very quiet. - Matthias J.July 2022TeigiamiLarge non-parceled pitches, the bathing pond, the junior operator couple was extremely friendly, pleasant music was constantly playing in the sanitary facilities, very large versatile space, spacious good playground, excellent location: within a maximum of 45 minutes you could do an incredible number of activities, hiking, Rhine / Moselle, and many activities and sightsNeigiamigravel paths,Pure relaxation for the whole familywe were really impressed by the site and therefore spent our entire summer vacation there in 2022. there is plenty of individual space, you can easily find shade or sunbathing spots. The pitch is equipped with a lot of attention to detail, and therefore walks on the pitch are also very worth seeing.... some pitches are slightly sloping, so you should plan for that. Electricity supply can also require up to 35 m, water taps are very well distributed and usually close at hand. This pitch is an excellent location for activities in the immediate and somewhat wider surroundings, and the Hunsrück has an incredible amount to offer. well worth a recommendation.Automatiškai išversta.

The reservation was super easy, the boss told us that 2 places next to each other are no problem. On arrival we were greeted in an extremely friendly manner and the manager walked around the site with us so that we could choose... nice pitches. We found two nice pitches right next to the swimming pond.
The site is very well maintained and makes a very nice impression. The technology and wash house are a bit older, but in excellent condition. I would particularly like to emphasize the cleanliness of the wash houses, which are a bit older, but in TOP clean condition. We have seen much more modern wash houses in a much worse condition.
The pitches are slightly sloping, more or less depending on the pitch. So take wedges with you. There is a small store on site and the baker arrives punctually every morning with the baker's car. The restaurant also makes a very good impression, and the food on offer (we had schnitzel and pizza) is very tasty and reasonably priced.
The swimming pond is also a bit older, but absolutely functional. As it is a natural pond, it is of course somewhat algae-covered, but the pond nevertheless makes a very well-kept impression. The playground is the highlight for the children - with old and new play equipment it is well maintained and very spacious, our kids never got bored.
As we were only there for a weekend with 2 nights, I can't write anything about walks and the surrounding area, but I can definitely recommend this place. Located directly on the Schinderhannes cycle path. The sanitary facilities are a little dated, but relatively clean. You need a car for activities such as a visit to the Geierlay suspension bridge. A small natural swimming pool on the... site is ideal for cooling off in summer. The site is very large and there is always a pitch available. A swimming pond invites you to cool off. All in all, it is also recommended for groups, as there is also a beautifully laid out barbecue area (partly covered).
