It is very quiet both during the day and at night. The extensive site is divided into a wooded area and two meadows with unparceled pitches for tourists. One of the two meadows is sloping, so it is advisable... to have some support material with you. The site is ideally situated for cycling tours. The operators are very friendly and take good care of their guests. The sanitary facilities are clean. The showers, however, with their open design with shower curtains only, without any shelf and without a mixer tap, no longer meet today's standards. There are no facilities on site. In Päwesin there is a Buddhist bakery called "Backwahn" with excellent goods. There is a butcher in the opposite direction, but unfortunately you have to drive to Brandenburg for larger purchases and to refuel.

We have never found so much peace and relaxation. The place is ideal for frequent visits. The friendliness of the staff should be emphasized, from the receptionist at the reception desk to the boss of the whole thing to the help provided by... "Kalle" in overcoming the initial difficulties in starting the boat's engine. Our visit was also warmly received. The price-performance ratio is reasonable and we will be happy to return. The only point of criticism is reduced to the "animal legacies" on the small beach on the jetty just behind the meadow, we don't understand the negative reviews here at all, but there is always the M.... We would love to come back, especially as it's not far from our home and we found the relaxation we were looking for here. Thank you to the whole team.Automatiškai išversta.

Quiet location to relax and starting point for excursions to Potsdam, Berlin etc. Excellent water sports facilities (sailing, surfing, motorboat). For bathing / swimming - it is Havel water. The operator always... helped me with problems. Unfortunately, since this year no more restaurant operation, hopefully next year again. Regarding other reviews on this site: It is a campsite in the middle of the forest, with adjoining fields, mostly corn. It is therefore understandable that open fires are prohibited if there is a forest fire warning. Unfortunately, not all campers follow this rule. The site is not particularly suitable for wheelchair users as there are no paved paths. First of all, thank you for this realistic assessment. As you can read here, there are not many guests who accept the special features of the location. We run a campsite here with a special hazard potential and are grateful to the authorities that the operation here is still tolerated.... However, if you have to enforce regulations and laws, you are naturally arrogant and unfriendly. There is no interest in finding out the background, nor is there any understanding for the fact that some things cannot be permitted.
As an operator under legal pressure, you also have to deal with disinterested police officers who then indulge in the recklessness of not banning an open fire at forest fire warning level 5. And they weren't candles.
We will continue to fight and defend the almost unique location of the site.

However, the operators are very unfriendly and the owner arrogant and threatened me. Three times the police were on the site because other campers had a torch on. Ridiculous for the police, but the owner didn't think so. Unbelievable. On the... day of departure, nobody could be reached by phone and the barrier was locked. Other guests left straight away. However, it is dominated by the many permanent campers. There is a very nice meadow for tourists, but it offers almost exclusively sloping pitches. It's not enough to carry a set of leveling wedges.
