Therefore, only leave the main road when you see the large sign (almost at the water).
We had a 120m² pitch in area E. This was more than sufficient. The parking lot directly in front of the pitch was practical.
Sanitary facilities were... always clean at the end of the main season.
At least you don't have to use shower tokens to shower, you can use a rechargeable card. This can certainly help some people to use resources more sparingly.
The campsite has its own beach. Unfortunately, dog owners have to walk a little further. The beach is very shallow - so it's also suitable for small children.
There is a rear exit in area E, where you can leave the campsite with your dog via a short route. The reception was nice and we were accompanied to our pitch. As we hadn't taken enough electric cables with us, we asked if we could take a pitch further ahead. The only drawback, which does not affect the campsite itself, is the beach area in front of it. A wide, overgrown and stony strip separates the narrow beach from the very shallow water. A few hundred meters further on, access... to the water is at least more comfortable. However, the huge shallow water area is characteristic of the Wohlenberger Wiek. The sanitary facilities are not only very clean, but also well thought out. There is a separate area for children. The washbasins, showers and toilets are at different heights. It is suitable for all ages / sizes.... An extra room with a dog shower. The dog enters the shower basin via a non-slip ramp. The owner does not have to bend down, the dog is at a comfortable height. Hot/cold water of course. Shaking is no problem. Everything is tiled and can be rinsed off. The dog shower is cleaned in the same way as the sanitary facilities and chemical toilet disposal.
The small mini market with café is well-stocked and offers home-made cakes. There is also a small ice cream parlor and a pizzeria. Freshly prepared and tasty food. All at absolutely fair prices.
We had booked a comfort pitch right on the Wiek and had a direct view of the water from our camper van - wonderful.
From the pitch you can walk on the adjacent cliff or below, directly on the water. There is a cycle path along the cliffs to Zierow. From here it is not far to Wismar. Indescribably beautiful nature.
You can also cycle to the unique Kopfbuchen and the imposing Festonalle at Bothmer Castle in Klützer Winkel, as well as the fashionable seaside resort of Boltenhagen.
The Baltic Sea coastal cycle path leads past here.
Excursions to Travemünde and the island of Pöel are possible.
If you are looking for peace and relaxation, but also don't want to miss out on the hustle and bustle of the seaside resorts, or simply want to enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings, this is the place for you.

When it rains, it's a lake bed, just like the road to the pitches. The Wi-Fi is more than poor, checking emails or similar is hardly possible. The camping store is well stocked and reasonably priced, but unfortunately only open until 4pm during the week. Larger... shopping facilities about 12 km away in Klütz or Boltenhagen. The natural beach is only for gravel lovers but unfortunately not for people with bad joints. Sporty cyclists or e-bike owners have plenty of opportunities to let off steam.Automatiškai išversta.

Lots to do - both on the campsite and in the surrounding area. Direct access to the beach. Sanitary building super and very clean. Lots of showers. Very nice check-in (we were let onto the pitch much earlier than planned). Store... and pizzeria on the pitch - affordable and good. Electricity, water and waste water directly at each pitch. But we can well understand the demand for this pitch! The pitches are beautiful, with shade and sun possible on almost every pitch. I've never seen sanitary facilities this clean before, great.... The staff at reception and the café are great! The food on offer is very extensive, also thanks to the special vehicles (crepes trolley, goulash cannon) and Anja's snack bar is fantastic value for money. Last but not least, the Italian restaurant, with great dishes but "slightly grumpy" staff. We only had good experiences and contacts while wandering through the permanent camper zone.
Negatives here are whining at a very, very high level, but nevertheless.....
In our experience, there is no free Wi-Fi, but the site is largely free of Wi-Fi. For a 12-year-old, that's the end of the world, but I was happy about the media silence. It would be nice if there were more restricted times for accessing the campsite. You really can't get across the campsite to the beach at any time without constantly having to jump to the side.
But all in all absolutely great!Automatiškai išversta.- Marina&David K.June 2020TeigiamiDirectly on the Baltic Sea Close to WismarNeigiamiNot dog friendly "Natural beach" Friendliness of the receptionToo bad.........We were allowed to spend seven nights at the "Liebeslaube". Our "comfort pitch", for which we had to pay extra, was directly opposite the new sanitary facilities and unfortunately also close to the garbage dump. Since the friendly fellow campers also dispose of glass at 24:00 at night or at 07:00 in... the morning, this was unfortunately somewhat unfavorable. The sanitary building is super nice and always clean! One negative aspect is the so-called "natural beach". Unfortunately, it is full of washed up algae etc. and there are also various pieces of rubble and broken glass. There is a surcharge of €5 per night for dogs. Unfortunately, there are not even Robidog stations, but a dog shower for which you have to pay extra for the water. The "dog alley" to leave the campsite is unfortunately an imposition as it is full of dog poo and other garbage. The "dog run" does not deserve this name (very small) and is generally very loveless. The friendliness of the reception unfortunately left a lot to be desired, for example there was a €5 fee for our transfer of the reservation fee on the bill without comment. Checking out at 12:00 instead of 11:00 was unfortunately not possible despite many empty pitches.....
In addition to the pitch fees, you have to pay extra for everything here (electricity, water, beach use)
CONCLUSION: Actually a nice place that seems to act only in its own interest instead of in the customer's interest. We will not be back!Automatiškai išversta.

The minus points are the central location of the garbage dump (where glass was still being disposed of late in the evening). The entrances to the tent meadow are very overgrown and no car can be parked at the official entrance... as the path is too narrow. The campsite management does not take care of the tent meadow, so everyone takes the space they think they need. People spread out generously, even with the tent guy ropes. Very dangerous for children playing there. The beach is unkempt, which makes the pitch fee an absurdity. The site is dominated by permanent campers, which makes campers feel uncomfortable. When we left, we mentioned all this to the staff, who were friendly but we were met with a lack of understanding.Automatiškai išversta.

As we had booked a comfort pitch, we were right next to the new sanitary building. It was always very clean. You get access everywhere with a chip card, which is also used for showering. You are charged by the second. Great! The beach costs 2 euros per person per day... and is unfortunately not really maintained by the municipality. It is very dirty... The operator should exert a little more pressure on the municipality. Dogs cost 4.50 euros a day. Are they really welcome? If so, a garbage can on the dog path would be useful. The water is nice and you can walk 500 meters into it.
