Worst of all are the sanitary facilities. These are cleaned every 2 days when it comes to it and that is more fie than hui. There was basically never any toilet paper in 2 different facilities. Toilets were full of toilet paper or feminine hygiene articles were lying around used. The campsite was very inflexible when it came to rebooking requests. The Ascension and Whitsun weekends were party weekends with loud music late into the night. The water connection at the pitch is still such that you can't connect a city water connection.
The swimming pool (inside and outside) is still great.

We were on the site for winter camping.... Over the months, all the inventory was stolen from our awning, as well as bicycles. We were also victims of vandalism. Our awning was presumably cut several times with a sharp object until it was a total loss, and urine was also thrown on the floor and in the newspaper basket.
We went to reception several times to ask for help, but no one felt responsible and our request for security guards to be sent around the site on a regular basis was met with a smile. We left early because we couldn't feel safe. The worst thing is that the campsite doesn't really care and you don't get any support or perhaps even compensation.Automatiškai išversta. - Jörg D.August 2020TeigiamiFacilities on site, uncomplicated booking, friendly staff, close to VenloNeigiamiPrivate sanitary facilities on super-comfort pitch getting on in years, poorly cleanedWell equipped but in need of modernizationWe booked a super-comfort pitch with private sanitary facilities and paid a total of around €135 for 2 nights, 2 adults and 2 children. In Corona times, we preferred to have our own sanitary facilities. At this price, however, I had expected much more modern and nicer sanitary facilities. Hot water pipes... are on plaster without insulation, not nice when small children touch the pipes in the shower.
Otherwise the site itself is very nicely laid out and the size means you can go for long walks. The facilities such as soccer pitches, outdoor pool and the lake are child and family friendly.

That was the separate sanitary building with shower, toilet and kitchenNeigiamiUnfortunately, the campsite doesn't deserve five stars, maybe three at most. Of the three lakes, you are only allowed to swim in one. It is full of algae and smells terrible. There is no shade on the sandy beach, only the playground next to it has trees. There is hardly any grass in the outdoor pool, just a few patches of grass. Otherwise you can only lie on the washed concrete slabs because there are no sun loungers. The supermarket is expensive, all the neighboring attractions such as mini golf, high ropes course, bowling alley, water skiing, etc. cost extra and are expensive. Cost extra and are expensive. This Mattel house and the other things are also very expensive. Despite a night's sleep from 11pm, it was only quiet from about 01:00am every day. The restaurant by the lake is not recommended. Small meals and high five star chef price. We also had to wait two hours for our food. We have now paid approx. 78 euros per day for the pitch. For what was on offer, 40 euros or less would probably be more appropriate.August 2020Unfortunately, the site totally disappointed us. Pitches were very muddy.A campsite that is getting on in yearsWe stayed at this campsite for a weekend in December. There is plenty of waiting space for arriving vacationers. The staff were friendly and courteous. The paths to the pitches were wide enough. The pitches were large enough but were very muddy. We had booked a pitch with private sanitary facilities... and were very disappointed with them. It was very large and had an optimal layout (separate toilet and shower). There was a fridge, dishwasher and stove in the main room. However, the condition was very worn as it was getting on in years. You can't even speak of cleaning, as it was still totally dirty. It didn't get really warm either as the door wasn't tight.
The center of the campsite had a supermarket, a snack bar, a children's play area and a pool.

The swimming pool should have been renovated 10-15 years ago.very loud permanent campers (and a lot of them). Conclusion: 5 stars completely undeserved! Not a blade of grass to be found, a tree where your tent should be, the water tap inaccessible because it is behind the neighbor's caravan.....paid for 120m2 and only got 100m2.... We go with 6 families and now go to other campsite. Complaints are dismissed....the day beach is terribly dirty..no umbrellas or water point to wash your hands. The lake is just gross and you stink as soon as you get out of the lake. It is waiting for diseases. The management does nothing at all about the complaints. i could go on and on with complaints but want to leave it at that for now. the playground equipment is not maintained and even rotten.......accidents are sure to comeAutomatiškai išversta.

Do not callLoud partying possible without controlIt was our first camping vacation. That's why we were looking for a 5-star pitch with private sanitary facilities. We found that, even if it's better not to look at the ventilation system. What we also found were sleepless nights. As none of the staff could be reached after 8pm, there was nothing we... could do about a group of permanent campers who turned midday, afternoon and night into a continuous disco with really loud music. Complaints were dismissed by these guests and the staff. We broke off in despair after 8 of the 13 nights we had booked. So beware of toilet block F2!!! Otherwise the place is nice. However, if you are a dog owner you are not allowed to visit any facilities. So eating out is not allowed. The great leisure facilities are always praised here. Yes, they are great, but don't forget that everything except the swimming pool costs extra.Automatiškai išversta.

The reception was friendly and the check-in was quick. The pitch was easy to find and spacious. The site offers many leisure activities, water skiing, high ropes course, mini golf, laser tag, trampoline hall, paintball,... but everything has to be paid for separately. Indoor and outdoor pools are included, but the indoor pool is quite small and too cold. Sanitary facilities look a bit dingy and were not really cleaned thoroughly. Every now and then you could see someone using a spray bottle. Well-stocked supermarket on site. Snack bar seemed a bit neglected, furniture rickety and worn. In the restaurant the service seemed a bit overwhelmed, after we sat for a while at the uncleared table and were not served, we left again. You could hear the highway running a few hundred meters from the place, not very loud, but latent permanent noise. Lots of dogs.Automatiškai išversta.

A huge campsite with everything a child camper's heart desires: indoor pool, outdoor pool, swimming lake with beach, huge playground, soccer pitches, entertainment, climbing garden etc etc. We booked a sani-house with kitchen... and dishwasher for the first time. And that was just perfect! Oh yes, we had no problems there with our xxl caravan, the pitches and access roads were very spacious! We liked it very much!Automatiškai išversta.

The chalet was not clean on arrival and the second cleaning was unsuccessful. Ants were everywhere in the chalet, only after we had cleaned everything ourselves were the ants gone. We were impressed by the quick check-in process and the friendliness of the staff. to the pitch: Water tap available, but no common adapter fits on it....otherwise everything is top from the place. Dogs are not allowed everywhere, dog swimming area quite ok, but only... nice for dogs, the area is not intended for owners to swim. Dogs are not allowed on the beach, which is next to the reception. Sanitary facilities are cleaned in the morning but the result is not impressive (at least not for a 5 star campsite). We had a pitch with a private sanitary block. I've never had anything like it on a pitch before, a large, modern house with a stove, fridge, dishwasher, separate toilet and shower. Unfortunately, it wasn't particularly cheap and the house wasn't cleaned... either. We did that ourselves. The site is partly sandy, the pitches at the private sanitary buildings are not very large, but sufficient. There are plenty of leisure facilities. The layout of the pitches was good and structured, with water, cable TV and free WiFi. The sanitary facilities (except for F1) are outdated, open and not heated enough for the time of year. It was just too cold to shower and sit on the toilet, especially because every second... person forgot to close the entrance doors. A few door closers would be appropriate. The cleaning staff went through the entire shower area with a wet mob. With a second then through the WC area. The WC's were otherwise acceptable (except F5). Removing cobwebs wouldn't have been bad either. The sanitary building F5 was very neglected. The light flickered and the floor was poorly mopped. There was no heating here at all. The sports activities such as the high ropes course and water skiing had to be paid for separately. Some of the backs of permanent campers looked as if a messie was living there, but there were also beautiful and well-kept pitches...Automatiškai išversta.

On arrival, we were disillusioned with our private sanitary facilities. It couldn't have been simpler or uglier. Instead of heating, there was dirt and cobwebs. So we couldn't... use the shower in the little house because of the cold in April (how can you build something like that without heating???) Also, these private sanitary houses are not cleaned, which wouldn't be dramatic, but there is no cleaning agent etc. available. The second disillusionment came at the indoor playground (which is only accessible with tickets for the swimming pool, which we didn't know. So my husband had to run back to the caravan to get them) The play area is very small and there is nowhere to get drinks. You would have to leave the whole area again. The swimming pool is kept very simple, the only pool for swimming has a water depth of 1.20m which is very advantageous for romping around. Our children really enjoyed it. The baby pool has a water depth of 15cm, which is very shallow and it gets cold very quickly. Showers are only available for everyone in the bathroom, but that didn't bother us. The staff do their best to keep everything clean, but the bathroom is getting on in years and most of the joints are therefore more moss green than white. The store on site offers a very good selection. The restaurant is also very nice and the food was good. The great play corner at the back was a hit with our girls! The ground on the pitch was great for setting up the caravan and awning. The numerous play options for the children at the pitches are also great. They are always close by and you can still relax and read a book. All in all, a lovely place, but we would definitely not rent private sanitary facilities there again. We showered in the warm and clean communal areas anyway :-)Automatiškai išversta.
