So it's no wonder that, bit by bit, dogs are no longer welcome here or there (and the dog can't help it, the dog owner can🫣).Great place, great groundskeeper and staffThis place is just great for relaxing and unwinding....I can't understand some negative reviews at all... Bakery service on site fabulous.
Sanis at the seeds did not run and were dirty. Contrary to the information on the internet, cleaning was only done once a day.
Both cleaning staff and operator were approached about the shortcoming -... no change!
There were several e-bike thefts on the pitch. Operator merely points this out. He does not see any more need for action despite the corresponding possibilities on site.
The pitch costs almost 50 euros per day in the high season plus visitor's tax, so you would expect the surrounding facilities to be adequate.
However, the operators are only on site by the hour. You just notice that!

Cleaning was not done twice a day as stated on the internet. Cleaners definitely only came once. Drains in the ladies showers blocked. Despite information to staff and operator nothing happened.
Attention: E-bikes are stolen here on a massive scale!

The small sanitary building is nothing special but averagely clean. What a camper is missing there is a bit of coziness such as a green or flowered... island with a bench or just something special that suits the Baltic Sea. Here it is just a simple pitch for a camper that is relatively expensive and charges for registration and showers.Automatiškai išversta.

We had an XXL pitch. The lawn could be a bit more well-kept. The sanitary facilities were cleaned twice a day and were always very clean. What some campers leave in between is not nice and the operator can't help it. We were made aware on arrival that many... bicycles are stolen. However, this seems to be a general problem in this area. Various sizes of pitches. The beach is 5 minutes away, and Heringsdorf center is not far either. The neighboring villages can also be reached quickly by bike. Friendly briefing, bread roll service, a bakery car comes in the morning, but a little patience is required, as... everyone wants bread rolls at 8 o'clock.
The sanitary facilities are available in sufficient numbers, showers cost 1,-EUR (double the price of other places), the cleanliness leaves something to be desired, in the morning and evening several cleaners come, who push the dirt aside within minutes and are gone again.
WLAN is available free of charge, but unfortunately the strength is very poor, if at all.

Shopping facilities Edeka and Aldi are within walking distance. We were there with our dog. You can go out well in the back part
of the site and walk along the Sackkanal to the dog beach.
What we didn't like was that the pitches didn't have clear... boundaries, so every time the neighbors from the rows behind us walked across our pitch to get to the toilets instead of taking the path.
I also think 3 x3 showers are too few for the pitch and a bit expensive at €1 for 3 minutes.

We had to use our cell phone to wake up, otherwise we would have overslept. The best thing was the groundsman who rattled around the site on his blue Simson. Nice people and absolute peace and quiet. During one week 1 of the 3 showers was broken. Showering for 3 minutes costs 1,-- Euro (in my opinion too expensive for a "camping site"!). Unused shower tokens are not refunded (= absolutely not hospitable!!). If you want to leave earlier, you won't get any... money back either. The cleanliness of the wash house with toilets left a lot to be desired. There was only a small cosmetics bin in the washing-up area for kitchen waste, which was constantly overflowing. Only the front half of the site is paved, the other half of the access roads consist of very coarse gravel (a disaster for cyclists). You can forget about WiFi on almost the entire site, it only works to a very limited extent and not at all in the rear area. The pitches are spacious, but some of them are interspersed with rough stones. The two site managers are completely unsuitable in my opinion: unfriendly, every question too many, everything has to be "pulled out of your nose", hardly any information. You don't necessarily have the feeling of being welcome. The site is more of a motorhome site than a proper campsite, so it's not really suitable for families with small children. The positive aspects are the proximity to the beach, the proximity to the shops and places to eat, the peace and quiet (at least as long as the building site next door is not being used), the spacious pitches with electricity/water/waste water and the opportunity to buy fresh pastries every morning from the (extremely friendly) baker who comes by.Automatiškai išversta.

The change of campers was correspondingly high. Nevertheless, it was very quiet on the site, some of the pitches were spacious, but with few... trees on the site. The only wash house was in good condition despite the large crowds, and the site was otherwise clean and well maintained. The reception was only partially manned, the two groundsmen provided information, but often no more than necessary. The bread service on site was great with a friendly saleswoman. Shopping facilities were nearby, easy to reach by bike. The beach was also within easy reach, as was the cycle path close to the beach towards Ahlbeck or Penemünde. There was an abundance of leisure activities, the train was a good alternative to the very crowded streets and the parking problems on site. Also easy to use by bike. You could leave the site on both sides with the dogs to go for a short walk. It was a bit further to the only dog beach (it is controlled). It would have been fair to point out the construction site noise when making the reservation. The pitch fees for... such a noisy site are overpriced. It is a functionally equipped site that is particularly suitable for campers who tend to be on the move during the day and are looking for a good place to spend the night. The groundsman was very friendly, and it's also practical that the bakery van comes... in the morning. The location (within walking distance of the beach promenade) is good and for families with children it is worth going to the playground on the beach promenade. It is very well maintained. The sanitary facilities are cleaned twice a day. The pitches are well maintained and lush green. However, not always straight, so the car has to be aligned. Modern and clean sanitary facilities if the guests behave as you would expect from guests! Reckless pedestrians on the marked part for cyclists create danger for everyone. The place is ok so far, but with the usual restrictions when fully occupied in summer.
