Cleanliness in the mobilhome was great.NeigiamiAll in all very expensive, no towel change in the middle of the week which would be good for daily showers and I know it from other places, 7 euros for 1 machine of laundry very expensive also the supermarket very expensive, animation quite poor often the sound setting does not fit, no cool ideas to entertain the audience, often also unfriendly staff worst of all the man who just took over the service at the reception before and first whined at my kids that they should not play at the children's machine anymore that annoyed him and unplugged it right away. Always a long walk to reception which is sometimes easier, for example to get a laundry chip, maybe just put a machine next to the washing machine. As an adult you can't swim your laps in the swimming lanes in peace as there are always children playing in the middle, although you complain to the lifeguards they don't do anything!
The food market is absolutely overpriced!...
When it rains the pitches are full of mud, the staff fill up the sand but don't compact it, so the next time it rains everything is sponged away again, that's not professional! What I as a customer expect from a 5 star site at this price!
In the Peter Phan toilet building, the cassette emptying system has been defective for a long time, I have complained about it twice, it is not being repaired, where is that, please????
We had hoped for more at this campsite
You simply have certain expectations for a 5 star campsite, you pay enough for it, and these were definitely not met here.
We will think hard about whether we will visit this campsite again or whether we will simply take the campsite only 4 km away.

The campsite is still great. The various pitches were very well maintained (new lawns) and the sanitary buildings were renovated or partly newly built. The cleanliness leaves nothing to be desired. The leisure facilities are also very extensive... and can be used by young and old. There is actually everything a camper's heart desires. A very positive aspect is that a lot is being done for cyclists in Lazise and the surrounding area. A new cycle path from Lazise to Peschiera has just been completed. Prices are also still in the middle range, i.e. no extreme price increases. You feel safe thanks to structural precautions and a security service. Two large and clean aqua parksNeigiamiSomewhat difficult access to Lake Garda and miserable food in both restaurants (maybe we were just unlucky?!)Great place on the Gardasse with unfortunately very bad foodWe were here at PianidiClodia out of season at the beginning of May. We had booked a mobile home for a weekend at short notice. We would have loved to come for a longer period with our caravan. However, the site was fully booked at Whitsun and during the summer vacation in August. It's a shame, but this... problem affects all larger campsites and speaks volumes for the quality.
The site itself is very nice and well organized. What we liked were the many playgrounds spread throughout the site. The many new wash houses are also great. One is nicer than the other!
There is good children's entertainment and everything else you need on site. Even if the food market is rather expensive.
We didn't like the access to Lake Garda. Here you have to cover quite a distance and, above all, meters in altitude. Therefore, in summer everything is probably concentrated on the two aqua parks. However, these were very large and beautifully laid out.
What we didn't like at all and in our opinion costs the campsite two stars is the quality of the food. Although both restaurants are visually very appealing in their own way and we were treated politely, the food (pizza and paste) in both restaurants was not what we are used to in Italy. We definitely wouldn't want to eat here a second time. What a pity! Nice little pebble/shell beach, access by chip. You can walk along the... beach to Lazise in about 30 minutes.
All the staff are professional, friendly, competent and helpful. Great, modern sanitary buildings in large numbers spread across the huge, lively campsite. Very nice children's sanitary area.
The staff in the restaurants were a bit chaotic, but charming Italian, food was fine and cheap, beer typically overpriced in Italy.
The meadow pitches are large enough, some separated by trees. Water and electricity connections are available directly at the pitches. The cleanliness of the entire site is absolutely perfect, the cleaning teams are active at all times of the day and night. Even the garbage stations are spotlessly tidy.
There is a large supermarket with an impressive range of goods at reasonable prices, including a large selection of baked goods.
The children's disco every evening keeps things lively until 10pm. Very dedicated children's entertainment team.
Points of criticism:
- The supermarket has far too long a lunch break (12-16h), it should be open longer
- The free shuttle bus into town (18-22h, Wed 8-12:30h) should also run several times a day
- The reception cannot be reached by phone
- Water saving in all honor, but 10-15 seconds interval at the taps and in the shower are absolutely too short! (especially annoying when washing dishes!)
- Washing machine very expensive at €5

You often have to cycle on the busy main road. There is also a path by the lake. It is gravelled, narrow and is also used by pedestrians, athletes, children, etc.. Therefore not ideal for cycling tours.

Johannes R.September 2021Teigiamiclean sanitary facilities, lakeside location, bathing area, shuttle service, peace and quietNeigiaminot much - if, then little thingsNice stay in September 2021We stayed at this site for a week in the off-season and were in the Standard plus area relatively far away from the lake. The 90 square meters we booked ended up being just under 100 square meters and were completely sufficient for our caravan with awning. The pitches are terraced and relatively flat,... surrounded by natural trees. The two bathing areas on the site are beautifully laid out. One is sandy, but dogs are not allowed there. The other is natural with gravel, where dogs are allowed. The access roads to the pitches are paved and wide enough for easy access. The individual roads are marked with street names and pictures so that even small children can find their way around without any problems. The sanitary facilities are new/modern, sufficiently available and were always clean. There is an entertainment area on the campsite with a playground, show stage, cinema and restaurant, where families and their children spend their evenings. The campsite is quiet at 11 pm at the latest, with security controlling the night's rest. That didn't bother us personally. On the contrary - no hustle and bustle. There are several restaurants where you can eat typical Italian food. The pizza was ok in terms of taste and price. There are also several pools, which are very nicely laid out but not heated. However, we did not use them. The check-in and check-out went smoothly. Everything runs via a digital numbering system. After check-in, you are taken to your pitch in a buggy so that you know where to go later. The people at reception were always friendly and courteous. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the campsite where you can also sleep if you arrive at night. The parking lot is illuminated and guarded. There is also a free shuttle service from the campsite to Lazise. Conclusion: a super campsite of the latest standard. Despite its size, you don't feel hectic here and everything runs smoothly. The sanitary facilities are actually very well maintained but are vandalized by children and teenagers, which is very unpleasant. At one pool you are always under strict observation by a lifeguard. Our children + grandchildren stayed in a "Catullo" vacation apartment. (simple, but clean)! We were here for the 1st time in 1998. a lot has changed. The sanitary facilities are almost all completely new and absolutely... attractive and always clean; they are cleaned several times a day! There is a lot of entertainment for children and teenagers (limited due to Corona 2020) and the numerous pool areas for young and old are particularly appealing! The entire site makes a clean impression. the restaurant serves delicious pizza at normal prices. the supermarket is (as is often the case) very overpriced. ... so only suitable for getting bread rolls.
Unfortunately, the pitches quickly become muddy and soft when it rains, but this is often the case on other campsites. There is a small agility course for dogs at the exit. not very appealing. To walk your dog, you have to look for a quiet corner on the campsite from time to time, which is rather difficult when the site is full.
In September per day, including dog and tourist tax € 35, - is okay for this place. in the high season much more expensive!!!! (then we would have paid € 80,-!)
