Close to the nice old town and the castle

Low standard at a high price.
A small campground in a nice town.
A very small campsite barely for a few trailers and tents. If you decide to come here around the weekend then count on the fact that there will be no room for you. Low standard and prices high for 2 adults and 1 child of 10 years we paid 25 euros plus extra charge showers, 1 token 50 cents! The only... plus of this campsite is the proximity to the nice old town. If someone wants to stay in a tent or with a trailer for 1 night on the way then I recommend the campsite in Piestrzany, bigger and cheaper.

CP close to the city; yet in a quiet location

Well and quietly located city campsite
CP close to town (approx. 15 min. walk to the nice old town), yet quietly situated on an island in the river; bridge is currently being renewed; currently only one lane passable; very nice and friendly owner with very good knowledge of English; level pitches with partial shade; partly parceled out; WC... and showers old but clean (see photo); showers with coin-operated machines; good kitchen facilities (see photo); restaurant also available on the island; but we didn't regret it (large selection of beers - good food). Photo); restaurant also available on the island; however, we opted for the town and a brewery pub on the market square and did not regret it (large selection of beers - hearty food); the market square also had the best ice cream we could eat on our entire tour of Slovakia; price-performance ratio is still okay for a town campsite (approx. 18 euros/night for 2 people with 2 shower coins);
