Nature, large pitches, dog-friendly, showers with plenty of water, huge play area, very good value for money.

We were all alone
We stayed two nights with our dog. Nice large pitches with lots of shade in an oak forest. Very clean sanitary facilities with plenty of water but no toilet seats. Inexpensive. Quiet. We liked it very much.

Location close to Siena, very dog friendly, beautiful wild surroundings. Great location to explore Tuscany.

Good location to discover Tuscany
Great place for travelers with dog (s), the place is suitable for nature lovers, for transit or as a starting point for discoveries in Tuscany. The site itself is very clean, nice operators, there is a small mini market on site. The showers and toilets are a bit outdated. On the gravel places there is... electricity, on the (rear meadow places) unfortunately not . We were there 5 nights in August (2 people, tent, car, 2 dogs) dogs and electricity were incl. Pitch 9 euros, per person 9 euros + tourist tax (as of Aug.2019)

Simple space, at the level of the turn of the millennium
The site is very basic and doesn't offer much apart from the bus connection to Siena. The sanitary facilities are in need of an overhaul. Unfortunately, the operator has not dealt with the dog issue correctly. We always look for a dog-free pitch! Although this is shown as dog-free, it is 'dog-friendly'.

Bus to Siena
Good place to visit Siena by bus
We visited the campsite by motorhome. The campsite clearly benefits from the fact that you can visit the city of Siena by public transport (bus). This departs directly from the campsite. The trip to Siena is inexpensive and well worth the experience. The campsite itself is rather simple. The pitches are large enough and have electricity. The sanitary facilities are simple but clean.

Bus stop for the bus to "Siena" on the square

Ideal place to visit Siena
Simple pitch, reasonable san building, pitches divided by trees with a slight slope. The site lives from its bus stop. The buses stop and turn around at the campsite. Several times a day to and from Siena. A simple free map of Siena is available at the registration desk. The campsite is partly the final... stop on the route and therefore the campsite is at the front, at the top of the destination sign box. This is handy for finding the right bus for the return journey.

Quiet, well-shaded site; bus stop for trips to Siena right next to the site; supermarkets and restaurants in nearby Sovicille; very windless and hot in summer due to its location in a 'depression' before Siena;
