City camping?
7km from Leon, the town can only be reached by car, the campsite is next to an abandoned, run-down housing estate. Pitches very small, noisy in the evening. Sanitary facilities old, not clean. Operator friendly, speaks good English.

Not ideal for very large vehicles.
Small tidy place
The site is getting on in years and is heavily overgrown with pine trees. A few less trees would do the infrastructure a lot of good. The staff are very friendly. The sanitary facilities are simple but very clean. The site is ideal for a visit to Leon. Otherwise we agree with the other writers.

quiet and beautiful
A quiet and shady place. Ideal to sleep and visit León. Contrary to all the surrounding campsites it is not for partying and nightlife but for relaxing.

Cozy forest camping in the countryside
On our way home from Portugal, we spent the night at the city campsite in Léon. The first site we visited in Léon was no longer in use and the space in the middle of the city was too small for our vehicle, so we 'landed' on this site. The site is located outside the city and is easy to reach via the... highway. As described, practically all the pitches are in the forest between the trees. The place made a well-kept impression, the lady in the restaurant (reception) was friendly. Attention for drivers of large motorhomes: with vehicles over 6.5 meters it gets tight and there are only a few places where you can fit in (length as well as width). With full occupancy, this is also likely to be difficult. I would not drive onto the site if it is over 8 meters. The last 100 meters of the access road was in very poor condition during our visit and looked more like a stream bed than a road. Large vehicles could also have problems there.

A little tight for large motorhomes
Very nice campsite near Leon
A wonderful place for a short break on a trip to Spain. Stayed three nights instead of one as it was quiet, shady, clean and cheap. The staff were friendly, the Spanish food was very good. The food was very good and the wine was reasonably priced. The city of Leon is about 5 km away, a stone's throw by bike. The swimming pool is excellently maintained (swimming cap compulsory!) Can only recommend the place.

Somewhat away from the city, but in a very quiet location.
The campsite is located outside Leon on a hill. The approach is somewhat poorly marked. But it is easy to find with the sat nav. The site is located in a forest and practically all the pitches are shady. As the terrain is not completely flat, you have to look for a good pitch with larger caravans or... motorhomes. The sanitary facilities are good and are cleaned regularly. The restaurant offers a limited selection of dishes. WLAN is only really good at the restaurant - as is usually the case. I was there for three days and felt comfortable. This site is very suitable for a short break in Leon.
