The "unchristian" time: We were traveling in autumn camping and in the NL the open places are slowly becoming scarce at the beginning of October. On the day we traveled, we had already found three closed pitches, although the last one (De Molenhof) had at least recommended De Haer to us despite the pitch... and reception being closed. A super tip. We arrived in pitch darkness at around 20:00 and someone was there as soon as we rolled out of the driveway. The barrier was opened, we were shown to our pitch and the rest was postponed until tomorrow. Super nice for tired travelers. The site is very well maintained, well developed and the pitches are spacious. Nice wash house with everything you need: Showers, family showers, washbasins, washrooms, toilets, washing up, laundry facilities etc. Pitches all with electricity and partly paved for camper vans or caravans. Children's playground and pool. Bread rolls available in season and small store / canteen available (not tried as stop-over overnight stay)
