The times of the animations did not stimulate. Leztens war 22 Uhr Angegegeben bei Michael Jackson und Beginn wsr 23:10 Uhr Tanzen war schon halbe Stunde früher als Ausgeschrieben war. Der Pup und die Bar über dem Spa ist für dieses Jahr leider Geschlossen worden, ohne einen Hinweis !!!! Die neuen Stühle an der Terrasse sind SEHR Unhemütlich, sehr hart am Rücken. Die Mauer um den Platz ist sehr beschädigt und die Handläufe. Feste Sonnenschirme am Strand wären schön. Essen könnte mal andere neue Speisen Servieren. For years due Selbe Karte which is also poorly translated. Sie vielen Becher und die Senf Ketschup, Majonäse sollte in großen Spendern mit Pumpe an der Theke stehen sowie auch Salz und Pfeffer Streuer. Sehr viel Plastik Verpackungen sind nicht Nachhaltig. Komme mir vor wie in Mäc Donald,s .Auch könnte die Poolbar mehr schönes Deko Vertragen. Sieht alles so leer aus. Der Crepe Stand ist total Veraltet.sehr schönUnfortunately, there is no contact possibility in the app if this can be used. Auchvist die App und die Homepage nicht Aktuell gehalten. The opening times of the shops and the local store are not as advertised. They are to be changed in any case. You are in front of different tops. Auch die Anfangszeiten der Anumationen stimmen nicht. Mal früher oder sogar über eine Srunde später. Diesbezüglich Muss Muss mehr und besser Informiert werden.Automātiski tulkots.

Fresh water can only be tapped with an adapter (inconvenient). The sanitary buildings are clean but "a bit" outdated for a 5 star site (complaining on a very high level!) The beach is TOP! Pool area is... very nice, the take-away restaurant good...the design of the restaurant with seating a bit "old-fashioned" ..charm of a canteen. Staff very friendly, a super supermarket - great price/performance ratio. You can easily get to L'Escala and San Pere Pescador by bike. The cycle paths to Roses are very adventurous. The WLAN on site could be much better for such a place. There is always something to see on the beach, the campsite itself is constantly being improved and cleaned, and the outdoor facilities are well maintained. The staff are friendly and courteous. And a long, quiet and crystal clear beach. Ideal to go with children as they have a lot of activities organized all day and for all ages. We loved the Mini Disco with "the little whale", which is the mascot of the campsite. There are several restaurants for all tastes. There is a huge supervised overnight pitch with electricity, which makes late arrivals and departures much easier. Everything is very well organized and all kinds of queries are answered quickly at reception and the service point. There is a reasonably priced... supermarket and stores right next to the site. All pitches are equally good, as planned on the drawing board. You can't go wrong here. At the edge of the street, however, it often gets very loud overnight because of a busy disco right next door. There is unobtrusive security on the pitch itself to ensure peace and quiet, which we found very positive. The sea and beach are great. Nothing is missing.
We didn't find the evening entertainment that great. The overloaded wash houses are also a weak point. They are nice, large and modern, but very busy due to the crowds in high season. We never really saw them clean, perhaps due to a lack of staff.
All in all, a great vacation, if you love large campsites where everything is professionally organized and regulated, this is the place for you,Automātiski tulkots. - Christoph L.August 2023PozitīviThe site is right by the sea. The grass pitches are fairly straight. Good transport connections.NegatīvaisThe sanitary facilities are in need of renovation, overcrowded and not exactly clean.Well-kept campsiteThe campsite offers spacious pitches with electricity, water and waste water connections. An adapter for the water connection is available for a €40 deposit. The ground is grass. A noisy road runs alongside the campsite.
The site offers an evening program. There are 2 restaurants and 1 large snack area.... There is also a spa, store with bakery, hairdresser, fruit store, wine store, toy store, clothes store and much more.
The complex looks well maintained.
The sanitary facilities are in need of renovation and are not clean. I couldn't shower in any of the shower cubicles. The toilets are also in need of maintenance.
The site is right by the sea. There are free dishwashers and a CamperClean in every sanitary building.

A huge compliment to the staff. There was an injured cat at our campsite. After 10 minutes, a member of staff arrived and took care of the cat.

I would like to remind you that in this summer of 2021 we have continued with the restrictions due to COVID-19. That's why night-time performances have been much rarer and more intimate since the public limit could not be exceeded. We tried not to be too busy... on the terraces to avoid any further inconvenience. It was another strange summer but we hope that in 2022 we will be able to offer the varied menu of shows every night in high season.

In 2021 we had the feeling it’s more a youth camping instead of a family camping. A lot of noise and party’s too late in the night. This year we missed the patrol and the restrictions of the security. They were there but we didn’t hear or see them say “It’s twelve o clock... please stop the music“ or “don’t make a mess in the bathroom” in the evening / night it was too dirty to go to the Sanitary. Thanks for all your comments. This summer 2021 was very hard for us in all aspects. All the restrictions about COVID-19 played against us. All the night bars and discos were closed so the young people went to the beach to make their own parties. As you see on TV, it was the same problem... around all beaches in Spain. We called hundred of times to the police but they came only 2 or 3 times. We tried to... but was impossible.
And I'm going to pass on your idea of the chip bracelet to management.
