"Beautiful place by the river - Location directly on the Tarn and close to the town.sanitary simple but clean.the whole place very well maintained.staff friendly. To walk our dog we had to walk about 500m to the river Dourbie but no problem there

" - Very well run campsite in a good location for exploring Millau and the surrounding countryside of the Causses and Gorges. The site is situated on the river Tarn, with some pitches directly on the water and a view of the town of Millau, which is within walking distance. Sanitary facilities were always clean, but are a little older. There are pitches under shady trees (problematic for large caravans or camper vans) as well as sunnier pitches. There are opportunities for rafting, climbing, paragliding etc. in the immediate vicinity of the campsite. Due to this and the entertainment program of the neighbouring campsite, it is not always quiet - especially in the high season. However, we would come here again at any time.

Profils

Les Erables campsite is located to the east of the town of Millau, which is famous for its viaduct. The viaduct is only a quarter of an hour away from the campsite. There is plenty to see and do at …the campsite itself. Relax by the swimming pool and by the river Tarn. Boules tournaments are also organised. You will be camping near the Puncho d'Agast, a mountain that is particularly popular with paragliders. The Grands Causses National Park is just around the corner. There is also plenty of nature at the campsite. Most of the pitches are grassy and there are plenty of trees and hedges to provide privacy. The campsite is not very big, but there is space for seventy pitches. You can also rent a mobile home. Here you camp near the Puncho d'Agast, a mountain that is particularly popular with paragliders. The Grands Causses National Park is just around the corner. There is also plenty of nature at the campsite. Most of the pitches are grassy and there are plenty of trees and hedges to provide privacy. The campsite is not very big, but there is room for seventy pitches. You can also rent a mobile home. There is a small swimming pool at the campsite. Even more water fun is available in the river Tarn, which is within walking distance. You also have access to a small beach here. During the high season, there are regular boccia tournaments followed by a drink. There is also a small playground and a games room with billiards, table tennis and table football. The campsite has a cosy bar with a terrace where you can get a snack. You can buy groceries at the shop, but for larger shopping trips you will have to go to Millau. The city centre is only a fifteen-minute walk away.
