The Netto supermarket is less than 5 minutes' walk away. The large beer garden is open from Fri-Sun. The 1/2 Hendls can only be recommended. Attention: clearance height to the CP max. 2.80 m. Unfortunately, there was hardly any view of the Main, not even on foot, as the entire bank was literally barricaded by pitches/permanent campers. We would have liked to sit on a bench and watch the boat traffic....
The description "waste water on the pitch" did not apply to our pitch at least - the dedicated groundsman spent quite a long time looking for it (in vain!). Unfortunately, he also led us to believe that the 10A connection mentioned in the price list was actually a 16A connection. So we wouldn't have had to disconnect everything else when we had an electric barbecue...
The promised WLAN was not available due to a router fault (lightning strike). We had already heard this explanation several times on CP.
All in all: I recommend the site. However, if you attach great importance to certain pitch comfort or are dependent on it, it is best to ask specifically beforehandAutomātiski tulkots.

The reception is only manned sporadically, but booking online worked without any problems. We were contacted by phone on the day of arrival to check that everything was OK.
The pitches are generously sized, although... sometimes a little uneven. The paths are not asphalted, so the site has retained its natural character and doesn't look artificial or circular. We liked that. Puddles naturally form in rainy weather, but the roughest ones could do with some maintenance.
The sanitary facilities are a bit outdated, but functional and always clean. Toilets and washroom are separate. Perhaps a little tight when fully occupied, but more than sufficient when there were few people during our stay.
As some of the seasonal pitches were already unoccupied, we also had a clear view of the Main in the second row. The location directly on the cycle path is ideal for cycling tours to Miltenberg on the one hand or Wertheim on the other. The Main ferry can even be used for short round trips. There are castle ruins worth seeing everywhere.
There is a Netto supermarket directly opposite for everyday shopping. The beautiful beer garden invites you to linger and there are heated tents for cooler days. Many beer tent sets can be found under... shady arbors. The food is good, they cook it themselves. The lack of bread service was not a problem for us, as the bakery in the village is easy to reach, <5min. The train is audible during the day.Neat placeThe site is located directly on the banks of the Main at the edge of Collenberg. The Main cycle path runs right past the site, as does the train, which can be clearly heard. It runs about every hour during the day, but not at all at night. Directly opposite is Netto, where you can actually get everything,... including bread rolls. We had booked and despite full occupancy we still got a place. It's mostly quiet here, but at weekends, and especially on public holidays like Whitsun, it's noisy. The pleasure boats also contribute to this. Every pitch has water and sewage, as well as electricity, and is very well maintained. Some trees provide shade, but for the most part the site has no shade. Of course, there are also permanent campers here, but mainly vacation campers or short-term campers. The sanitary building is a little older, but has always been clean, even when fully occupied over the holidays. However, there are sometimes traffic jams as there are only three showers, but they are huge. The restaurant is open for camping guests at weekends and on public holidays, and the schnitzel was large and delicious. The owners are very friendly and take care of their guests. It is 13 km by bike to Miltenberg and 15 km to Wertheim. The cycle paths are in excellent condition and mainly run along the banks of the Main, and are also very busy, especially at weekends. Dog owners can also walk their four-legged friends on very pleasant paths, such as the Martinsweg, which runs directly along the banks of the Main. At the end is a small bathing area with sand, where dogs can also take a dip in the water. WLAN available, but weak on the rear pitches, but is now being changed, the WLAN network is being expanded. The village of Collenberg is not particularly pretty, but everything is there, including an Esso petrol station, which is closed on Saturdays and Sundays! That this still exists. We felt very comfortable, made very nice trips along the Main and into the Spessart and Odenwald, and also went out on the e-bikes almost every day.Automātiski tulkots.

Located directly on the Main cycle path, has its own slipway for boats. Very friendly and competent operators with an excellent beer garden (the food there is really great). Clean and adequate sanitary facilities, very well... laid out site. A regional train passes by from time to time - otherwise there is no noise and it is very quiet at night. You can hear the ships on the Main as background noise - but they don't disturb and there aren't that many of them. On the contrary - we enjoyed the ships - it was a bit of a change and for me it was a pleasant gentle animation. It's a place to relax and unwind and I can only recommend itAutomātiski tulkots.

The location of the site and the pitches are very good. There is a nice beer garden and the staff were really very friendly. The site and sanitary facilities were very clean.... On Sundays and public holidays there is a bread roll service - otherwise there is a bakery and a Netto supermarket in the immediate vicinity. We were NOT bothered by the regional train rushing past or the boat traffic on the Main.Beautiful ***CP in a great regionVery spacious pitches, very clean property, friendliness and helpfulness are very important HERE. Ideal for boat owners, but ALL others are also very welcome here. Very nice beer garden and good food. The W-LAN also works here. Showers are very clean and free of charge. There is a 50 ct charge for hot... water at the sink. There is a playground for the little ones on the campsite, another playground and campfire site as well as a soccer pitch with goals right next to the campsite. The well-developed cycle path through the Franconian countryside leads directly past the campsite, from here you can reach many excursion destinations. There is a supermarket with baked goods on the opposite side of the road to the campsite. On Sundays and public holidays you can order bread rolls in advance at reception. We will definitely come back HERE again.
