Because unisex was not a problem, there were no washrooms insideBeautiful natural site, right by the seaFirst Camp Oknö, Mönsterås is a natural, elongated site with many pitches overlooking the Baltic Sea! Very friendly welcome in German, run by Germans. Great large playground, small boat harbor and wonderful view of the Baltic Sea! Sanitary facilities and the entire infrastructure are tip-top! Everything... you could wish for at the Baltic Sea is available! Even a restaurant! The sanitary facilities and scullery are practical and nice, but not luxurious. They match the design of the pitch. Unfortunately no longer under German management. The staff were very friendly. The sanitary facilities are getting on in years, but almost always clean. We paid around 400 euros for the 11 nights for the car,... caravan and 2 people. I thought that was a bit excessive for the low season. Just as well that electricity and showers were included. You can easily cycle the 4 km to the nearest supermarket as there is a cycle path leading directly there. Fishing is also possible from land. My wife was also very happy about the free use of the washing machine. But be careful! The hot water in the kitchen is very hot! If you are traveling with your own boat, there is also a small marina with a slipway.Automātiski tulkots.

I'd rather cook it myself...Very relaxingWe were there in the summer of 2016 in sunny weather, it was so wonderfully relaxing. The sanitary facilities were always clean (although they were getting on in years). You can make beautiful excursions - we were in Astrid Lindgren Land and also with Michel in Lönneberga. The area is easy to explore by bike and you can also cycle to the nearest supermarket. We will definitely be back again.Automātiski tulkots.

The pitches are large. Directly on the Baltic Sea. Fishing, swimming, cycling, hiking possible directly from the site. Friendly staff. We stayed there for 2 weeks and had a great time. No place for party people. If you want a quiet vacation, this is the place for you. The location on a quiet side road is fantastic, you feel like you're alone in the middle of nature. Laundry line at every house, vacuum cleaner and broom, plenty of storage space, friendly staff - what more could you want? There are more... beautiful beaches than the one right next to the campsite, but you can quickly get somewhere else by car. From fall 2014 there will be an ICA grocery store nearby (approx. 5km).Automātiski tulkots.

Quietness is hardly disturbed by the little frequented residential road. Large pitches, sometimes uneven, take leveling wedges with you! Staff was always very friendly and helpful. Sanitary facilities older but always clean and functional. Very nice, new... wellness area, highly recommended in bad weather, many beautiful excursion destinations nearby. You can really relax here. - Silke + Jan R.August 2012After a report in the CCC in 2012, our destination for 2012 was set. It was to be Rainbow Camp in Mönsteras. The welcome at the camp was very warm and we immediately felt well accommodated, and our pitches - we were traveling with 3 WW and a total of 12 people - were as we expected with a sea view. So... we quickly set everything up and our vacation could begin. We spent the first week in wonderful peace and quiet, which is absolutely guaranteed here. The sanitary facilities are OK but cannot be compared with German standards. Unfortunately we had nice permanent campers as neighbors at the weekend and they had something to complain about. In short, we never saw the nice ladies and gentlemen at reception as often as we did on those days. Fortunately, these campers soon disappeared again until the next weekend, when they annoyed us just as much. So tip from us: If possible, avoid the pitches around pitch 2 if you have children and a dog and are possibly still young, we were around 40 and had 3 children of about 10 years and 2 dogs with us. All in all, it was a nice, quiet and relaxing vacation with lots of peace and quiet.Automātiski tulkots.
