"In the middle of the mountains - The pitches are very shady with hardly any satellite reception. The sanitary facilities are all at the top of the pool, so you always have to climb the hill. The roads are asphalted but very narrow. Not suitable for disabled people. Located on a huge reservoir. However, swimming and fishing are prohibited. More suitable for fit hikers.

Profils

Camping Presa La Viñuela is a campsite in Málaga in the interior of the Axarquía region. To be more precise, it is in the municipality of La Viñuela, in a natural enclave at the foot of the La Viñuela reservoir. …We have 39 pitches and 11 mobile homes. If you are looking for relaxation, tranquillity and living nature, this is the place for you. We are known for being a quiet family campsite where you will find spacious, shady and sunny pitches. These pitches are equipped with everything you need to spend a few pleasant days in our facilities. From the campsite, you can take walks around the La Viñuela reservoir, a unique place where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset with the Maroma in the background. You can cool off in the pool with a magnificent view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Afterwards, the sun loungers invite you to linger, read and relax. If you are looking for a little more sport, campers have a table tennis table and a small football pitch at their disposal. But you won't find much more than that here, as this is a campsite for those seeking peace and quiet. So there is no entertainment programme. But this is not necessary, as the beautiful natural surroundings offer enough entertainment and you can explore them wonderfully by bike or on foot. Pets are also very welcome at this campsite. Our cuisine is mainly based on the preparation of grilled meat. We have an extensive menu where, in addition to our meats cooked on a natural charcoal grill, you can also try typical dishes of our region such as migas completas, baked goat, salads whose star ingredient is usually mango or avocado, and a large number of handmade dishes from our kitchen.
