The staff is extremely kind and helpful, the area of the camping is well organized and nice, the restaurant is great. The nature around is beautiful! In the town, about 10 minutes from the camping, there is a supermercato (we are in Italy, so the staff is super!), and a Minimarket with many useful technical stuff, like coffee maker, hammer etc.)

Not relally negative, just strange, that there are many lavatories which are ground-leveled, I guess, I have never seen such a solution in Europe. I prefer the traditional one. There was a peak on the weekend, so the cleanliness was not always as expected, but there was really a lot of campers.
great staff, great place
We planned to stay here two nights, then moving forward to the Lake Como, but we have decided to stay here the whole week. The lake is great, you can swim, just walk around, or look for beautiful stones :) In the evening, the beach is really relaxing, and the sunset is wonderful with the mountains in the background and the lake in the foreground.

We liked it very much!
Was only planned for a short stop, stayed longer. Lots of surfers here, a mountain bike would be an advantage, we hiked. Super! Loose occupancy in September. Chilly.
The restaurant on site is O.K., but we can't quite understand the enormously enthusiastic comments about the restaurant. Solid standard, but not outstanding.

Perfect overall package
We ended up here at Lago Santa Croce by chance and are delighted with the whole package! The lake, the campsite and the Alpago are a wonderful ensemble for a longer stay. The lake offers great opportunities for swimming and water sports, and there is plenty of space to relax on the beach. The pitches... directly on the lake are perfect and the lake can be reached quickly from all pitches. Great for dog owners! Everything is super accommodating and uncomplicated! Dogs can go to the water without any problems and without disturbing others. The restaurant and beach bar on site are great! All in all, the sanitary facilities are fine. Infrastructure on site or in the next village is great, shopping, ATM, pharmacy all within walking distance. Beautiful hiking area, Belluno is worth a visit, we will be back!

Great place with the nicest operators
Sarathei is a great campsite! We stayed there for one night on our trip from Munich to Venice. The reception is exceptionally nice. Even as a cyclist with a tent you can choose a normal pitch. The restaurant is highly recommended. You should book in advance!

Quiet, great food in the restaurant on site, reliable wind

No shopping facilities on or near the site
Very nice and familiar place for greyhounds
a good address for windsurfers who like to be comfortable and want to eat very well in the evening directly at the spot. When the weather is fine, a thermal wind blows from midday. Towards the weekend, the beach is busy with kiters and windsurfers, but this doesn't disturb the peace and quiet of the spot at all.

Surfer's and kitesurfer's paradise, beautiful place, clean san. facilities
The camp is located directly on the water. Shopping facilities in the village can be reached on foot in approx. 5 - 10 minutes. Small supermarket. The san. Facilities are nice, you get tokens for showering, if you need more than 1 piece, you can buy them at the reception. The restaurant directly on site is highly recommended.

Pizzeria, kite shore
Beautiful place by the lake
We were only on the site for one night on our way to Croatia. Very nicely situated on the lake. Great jogging route along the river and lake. Very good pizzeria on site. The sanitary facilities are a bit older but always clean.

I put one star in tranquility and value for money, because that was the minimum. Otherwise I would have put zero: that's not a campground, it's a kennel! And besides, the prices are so high! Every bush is sprayed with dog piss, the night is a constant barking, and bathing together with furry animals that keep wallowing is not at all pleasant. But if you want to adore dogs, you are in luck, that is your campsite.

Quiet campsite, no animation, directly on the lake, where it is possible to bathe even with children( in the afternoon, however, the wind gets up and it is more dangerous for children).Possible bike excursions. Simple but clean bathrooms, showers with token (free). Restaurant Pizzeria excellent and with average prices. Utmost courtesy of camping and restaurant staff. Very quiet (too much for families used to animation etc.).

super camping, especially for surfers and kiters
Been there several years in a row. Ideally located on the lake. Restaurant with covered terrace. Eten kostcer not much and is delicious, lots of live music especially also spontaneous from locals, Lovely clean swimming water. Surfschool, kiteschool at the campsite. Toilets cleaned daily with high pressure.... Clean, very affordable. In the village mini supermarket and bakery. Can be walked. Quiet campsite, from 2300 hours it is quiet. Plenty to see and do in the area. For the kids inflatable park at the lake

Beautifully situated site, simple in terms of pitch infrastructure but with nice large pitches. Extremely friendly staff, everything completely uncomplicated. Arrival at night always problem-free thanks to the large parking lot in front. Really good food in the restaurant (especially the pizza from the... wood-fired oven, which is already on in the afternoon). Windsurfers and kitesurfers get their money's worth, cycling and hiking excursions are easily possible. The small playground and low traffic are ideal for younger children to let off steam. We have been coming here regularly for a few days for years and always look forward to our next visit.

Was a regular windsurfer at this spot until 1997. Not much has changed. The restaurant is still 1a, the people are nice, and in August it's very busy. Only the windsurfers have become fewer, there are now a lot of kitesurfers. Always good for a week's vacation.
