We cannot recommend tours with your own boat on the lake.We enjoyed the 3 days at the end of March.The pitch was not very busy. So there was plenty of space. So it was also very quiet.
From here you can make very good bike tours to the sights of Bremerhaven.

Close to nature with lots of greenery, the TV reception via DVB-T2 is an advantage. New, clean sanitary facilities. Swimming in the clear... waters of Lake Spaden is great. In the nearby shopping center you can really buy everything, or by bike along the Geeste into the city to Bremerhaven, is a very nice bike path.Automātiski tulkots.

Also very suitable for families, modern playground available.
Bread roll service and very good restaurant... with outdoor terrace.
The comfort pitches are 150 square meters in size and offer good, free WLAN,
The town itself has a good infrastructure with a large shopping center approx. 1.7 km away.
Mini golf and water skiing are offered by the bluebay operator opposite on the other side of the lake and can be reached in 15 minutes by bike.

My two kids and I were warmly welcomed long after the reception closed. The pitch and sanitary facilities were really clean. There were puddles on the pitch due to the weather. The lake is fantastic in good weather and next year we will definitely go back to test the water ski facility. The entrance to the site was neat and tidy. Our pitch was very large, approx. 12 x 12 meters with water, waste water, electricity and WLAN. The wash houses were very, very clean. Even if they exude the charm of the 80s, they are in top... form! One of the wash houses has been modernized and is therefore particularly good. Cabins, free washbasins, children's toilets and children's washbasins. There are two ways to access the lake, via a bathing jetty or a sandy beach. The lake is a moorland lake, clear water with some marshland turbidity. The site roads are well surfaced with gravel or older asphalt and are very wide, simply great. The water connection on the pitch allows a direct pressurized water connection to the caravan. The new operators are noticeable. A lot has really happened. With its proximity to Bremerhaven, this site can be recommended for summer vacations. It doesn't always have to be the sea here!Automātiski tulkots.

The site is well structured. Everyone can find their own place - according to their wishes. Fast internet available in village 5. Bremerhaven is only 8 km away by bike. Beautiful and worth seeing: the old town, the climate house, the emigration museum and much more.... ! The sanitary facilities are getting on in years but totally clean. That's ok! The price of 23 euros for 2 people with camper van incl. electricity, WLAN and shower is more than fair. The leased restaurant on site serves very good food at good prices. We liked it very much. The proximity to Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven is particularly convenient. Beautiful excursion destinations ...Automātiski tulkots.

The pitch was a bit steep, but after a bit of maneuvering back and forth it was OK! It was quite quiet on the pitch and we were able to enjoy the weekend.
