Good starting point for bicycle tours and boat trips from the port of Mikolajki. Pitches are quite okay. The campsite is a very large, unparceled meadow, free choice of pitches. Well maintained, lawn mowed. Sanit. Facilities are a bit outdated, look a bit unkempt, but are clean and work well. Kitchen, washing up facilities and washing machine available. To the center about 15 min. walk, as many stores and restaurants with good, inexpensive dining options.Automātiski tulkots.
oliver w.July 2015Transit place for one or two nightsOn a round trip through the Masuria this was our first place, through recommendations of other campers on CAMPING INFO.At first a bit disappointed, actually a big meadow and that's it. The staff is very friendly and speaks German. 25 euros a night for 3 people car and camper. electricity and water available.... sanitary facilities very clean and under constant supervision. Very good as a transit site for two nights, but then you have seen everything. - Patrick P.August 2014Noisy, but what do you expect?Extremely noisy, not the site but Mikolajki, which is THE party hotspot in Masuria, and the sound of the different rock bands playing at the same time are very good to hear due to the location above the lake opposite to the city. City easy to reach, short walk. No water at pitch. Reception very new, sanitation very old (narrow, dark), for this too expensive.Automātiski tulkots.
- Frank-Helmut W.August 2013Located above the lake about 1 km from the town center. Not very level terrain (even caravans sometimes need leveling wedges) with good grass. There are small plots at the edges of the site which are bordered by hedges and are quite shady. If the pitch is full (usually in July), the unparceled meadow... is released; there is no shade and the electricity connections are sometimes a long way away. Decent sanitary facilities. A washing machine is available and many languages, not just English, are spoken at reception. Clean, friendly and with small pitches separated by hedges, we can only recommend this campsite. Modern reception, the sanitary building looks better from the outside than it is and was not always completely clean. The pitches are partly parceled out. Sanitary building clean, well equipped. Pitches on meadow. Peter S.June 2011We were here for 3 days for the 2nd time after 2009. We had rented a bungalow again. The reception was ready, friendly helpful staff and very good value for money. The village with guest houses, harbor, bank and grocery stores is about 500m away on foot. What is perhaps missing is a swimming facility nearby.Automātiski tulkots.
