The pitch is ideal for this. The facilities are simple, but very clean - everything was fine.
The restaurant with beer garden on site was also Franconian, tasty and good.
The fact that there are very full garbage containers directly behind it is less nice and could easily be avoided.

We received a friendly welcome and were allowed to set up our bikes, car and tent on a large camper van pitch.
The sanitary facilities are cleaned several times a day. Plots quite smallGood for Playmobil Park, otherwise not recommendedA rather unspectacular site that doesn't really look inviting. It is obviously geared towards the many permanent campers.
The temporary visitors, who are mainly families heading for the Playmobil Park, are obviously just a sideline. The site is not intended for a real vacation.
The reception staff also... seemed quite unmotivated and not exactly friendly.
The pitches are also quite small. You are also told how to stand.
The sanitary facilities are functional, but anything but inviting and a bit outdated. The cleanliness is more or less given.

As the pitch was fully booked, we stood on the meadow. The way to the sanitary was very far. Both sanitary facilities are outdated. Too small for so many guests! The sanitary facilities are clean and sufficient. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The kiosk is reasonably priced. The restaurant with beer garden is very tasty and reasonably priced.... The pitches are large. It is only a 15-minute walk to the Playmobil Fun Park, and other excursion destinations are also very easy and quick to reach. Berthold T.August 2019PozitīviInexpensive, clean, close to Playmobilland, NurembergNegatīvais-Absolutely okWe stayed at this site for two nights on our way back from Austria because we wanted to visit Playmobilland. The pitches are clean and quite large. Each pitch has electricity (50 cents per kWh) and a drinking water connection (one for 2 pitches) as well as a sink. The sanitary facilities and the dishwashing... area were always clean. There is a small restaurant on site where you can eat at a reasonable price. However, the schnitzel portions are not for grown men :-) There is a playground for the kids. Because many families use this place for a visit to Playmobilland, there were logically a lot of children playing there. As parents, this doesn't bother us of course because we are happy when the kids can connect directly... You can find all the usual supermarkets in the village. There is a mobile bakery at around 7:45 in the morning where you can buy bread rolls, coffee, etc. Conclusion: Price/performance: Top For visitors to Playmobilland (approx. 15 minutes on foot) or as a starting point for sightseeing in Nuremberg or Ansbach absolutely recommended. Wash house a little older, but clean. I would have liked an adjoining family... shower, as it was quite cramped with a child in the shower and in the cabin with washbasin and socket. Nice fenced playground available. Good price-performance ratio. Some others would certainly charge different prices due to the proximity to the Playmobil Park. Park within easy walking distance. It is a good starting point if you want to visit Nuremberg.... The site is very quiet and although it is older, it is generally well maintained. In the morning the bakery car comes with fresh bread rolls and other things. The reservation was made a few weeks in advance by phone without any problems. Although it was like a pigeon loft on the site and there was a constant coming and going, the staff had the situation under control. Everyone... was friendly to us, despite the obvious stress. The pitches are quite large and we only had a few meters to the newer sanitary building. Everything there is in order and clean. As it was a vacation, the playground was of course very busy and there were happy children playing everywhere. We went to the restaurant in the evening and were very impressed with the price/performance ratio. The food is very tasty. The Playmobil FunPark is about 20 minutes away (even with children). The pitches are large enough, but the access roads are small, so it was impossible to avoid driving over other pitches, at least with... our caravan. The sanitary building is clean and centrally located on the site. There are a lot of permanent campers, we estimate that 2/3 of the site is reserved for permanent campers, the rest are tourist pitches but clearly separated into these areas and therefore not a problem. Bread rolls are delivered by bread truck and are delicious, there is also a pub on the site with home-style cooking. Very centrally located for visiting Nuremberg, Fürth or Erlangen. The Playmobil Park is also right next door. We didn't register, but we still managed to get a pitch on the lower meadow. There is electricity and water, as well as waste disposal, everything... is fine. Only the way to the sanitary facilities is long. The old building at the mill is not comfortable, it's probably for permanent campers. We then walked the bit to the upper pitch. There are clean, new showers with rain fittings, no time limit, wonderful. The restaurant is also to be recommended, nice beer garden, delicious food, reasonably priced. The access road is quite narrow as the permanent campers park there. All in all, a decent site with good value for money.Automātiski tulkots.
