Peter N.June 2023PozitīviBeautifully situated meadow for groups. The wash houses are clean and in good condition.NegatīvaisWash houses are usually only accessible with a key. The path to the nearest wash house and water tap is a little long from the meadow. A bicycle is useful.Nice place for small to medium-sized groupsWe were there with a group of 15 people. There were three small mobile homes/caravans and four tents. We were able to set them up in a circle on the meadow and had our own area. There was a good power supply for everyone near the cable drum. The nearest water tap was a bit far away, so we had to carry... water in canisters. The wash houses were also a bit far away.
The campsite is beautifully situated on the outskirts of the village and is within walking distance (approx. 10 minutes) of the Dümmersee. The bakery and supermarket are also within walking distance.
The wash houses were clean and moderately modern. There are showers (included in the price), washing areas with individual cubicles and clean toilets.
There is an area for permanent campers as well as for day campers. The individual pitches are separated from each other by hedges and have electricity and usually a water connection. There are also two larger, flat, well-mown meadows, which are supplied with electricity, but not with water taps. There is usually enough open space for activities such as Wickinegrschach or badminton.
The overall atmosphere was friendly and informal.
Lake Dümmer is an ideal swimming, SUP and sailing area. There are sections of beach with sunbathing lawns and restaurants, as well as sailboat hire and a leisure program.Automātiski tulkots.- Sophia B.August 2022PozitīviVery spacious pitches with supply and disposal, at €25/night almost too cheap, use of the modern and very well-kept wash house included, very easy check-in and check-out via a barrier/checkout system, short distance to the lake, bakery and shopping facilities within walking distance, very friendly and helpful staffNegatīvaisDid not existTop pitch at the Dümmer!We originally booked for two nights and ended up staying for almost a week. I think that speaks for itself. The site was recommended to us by friends and we were thoroughly impressed.
In addition to the great, new sanitary facilities and large pitches, there is a lovingly designed barbecue area, herb... beds, a boules court, a volleyball court and much more. All of this creates an incredibly beautiful atmosphere, so you can only feel at home.
The staff are always very friendly and helpful. We had forgotten our power cable - but it wasn't a problem. A member of staff provided us with a cable free of charge, which we were able to use for the week - thank you again.

Incl electricity.NegatīvaisIt would be great if the procedure (swipe card at the barrier, drive in, look for space, at the end of the stay at the cash desk, building to the right of the entrance, pay, drive out) was also described at the entrance. In 2 days we have been asked several times by arriving guests how things work here. The arriving guests are unsure. That's what happened to us too.Motorhome site with large, well-equipped pitchesThis motorhome pitch is very well equipped. You get very good value for your money. I can't say anything about the showers as we didn't use them. However, the campsite seems to be getting on in years. Many permanent campers. This is located on a loose field with thrown power cable and a wooden board with many Schuko plugs (great in the rain...) Attention: This is also the tent meadow with sprawling groups of tents, but nobody is interested in the noise at night. Field completely unlit, paths to the sani very very far. Of course, a full pitch is charged. Neither shops nor bread rolls on site, everything outside.Tiemanns Hof, guest is somewhat neglected...Clean, but very spacious. The pitch is fine for the price, especially if you are traveling with more than two people and a dog. Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities are no longer the latest. The cleaning is done by an unfriendly person. This... person prevents any access during the cleaning time (including the toilet). Checking in and out is a bit complicated and takes some getting used to. The lake is relatively far away from the pitch.Automātiski tulkots.

We drove the car and trailer to the registration area. Then we were allowed to turn around in a confined space, as the pitch was in the other direction, in the newly created area. The showers were not cleaned during the 3 days. We mentioned this, but nothing... happened. The empty shower gel bottle may still be in the shower cubicle today. As is so often the case, the reality is totally different. We drove to Lembruch on Lake Dümmer, where there are no signs for a campsite. Eventually we found the inconspicuous access road and the registration desk. It is usually unmanned... and check-in is done by cell phone, all very straightforward. There is a large meadow for the few transit campers and two (?) pitches for the permanent campers that characterize this site. So nothing like a farm. The sanitary facilities are spacious and modern, but unfortunately moldy silicone joints detract from the really good impression. Although there are two wash houses, it can be quite a long walk to get there. That's about it, the site offers nothing more. However, Lake Dümmer with its large bathing area is only a few steps away. You can go shopping in the immediate vicinity. There are plenty of places to eat and there are lots of things to do around Lehmbruch and larger towns for shopping.Automātiski tulkots.
