O.K. for a stop
The campsite is beautifully situated, the sanitary facilities are clean and the SP is big enough for larger campers. The town is a 20-minute walk away, although it doesn't have much to offer. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Negative is the road noise from the highway bridge, but at night it is fine with the traffic. A good place if you want to make a stopover.

Heinola is a very nice little village with a campsite 1.5 km away on the Heinäsaari peninsula. Due to the busy 924 m long Heinolan-Tahti bridge over Lake Ruotsalainen, some road noise does penetrate the campsite. The san. The sanitary facilities in the main building are o.k., while they make a neglected... impression in the San. house 2. The small beach with sunbathing lawn and barbecue area is also very nice. The midsummer sun in the sky at night is beautiful.
