A place with idyll
We stayed here for three nights during our trip to Sweden. The site is in a wonderful location and you have absolute peace and quiet here. We stayed here with a few fellow campers. The lake is right on the doorstep and there is a nice stretch of beach. The lake was being treated (neutralized) during... our stay, which is why we preferred not to use it for swimming. There are two beautiful circular trails in the adjacent forest, so if you know which mushrooms to pick, you're sure to find them here. The site has a small café. All in all, everything was good. It was a bit tiring that everything was only accessible with a key. Even for the hot water and washing up. The old Sek coins are used for the showers, which you get when you register. I found the shower a bit questionable, with a curtain and in the same building as the ladies/men's toilets. It was cleaned very regularly. Otherwise a super natural place with nice operators

Insider tip in an area not yet discovered by tourists
"In the middle of nowhere": Fortunately, tourists only stray into this area very occasionally. That's why this place is a real insider tip. Small and cozy, it is located in a small forest directly on the beautiful lake. The lake is particularly suitable for smaller children as it is very shallow. Two... pleasant hiking trails (1.8 km and 2.9 km) start directly at the site on a peninsula. The sanitary facilities are simply Swedish but clean. There is a cute café and a food truck on site where you can get good food. In terms of tourism, the area is still in its infancy: suggestions for excursions and the first advertising brochures are only slowly appearing. The operators are very friendly and helpful. The nearest ICA supermarket is 15 minutes away.

Beautiful, small site with a lovely sandy beach.
The water is very shallow and highly recommended for small children. The water temperature is therefore very pleasant.

Hiking trails start directly from the campsite.

Very friendly operator. There is a fine café with bread roll service.

We stayed there for about 10 days and felt very comfortable.

To Ullared (Gekas) it is a stone's throw and also other supermarkets can be found 4-5 km away.

A beautifully situated site, unfortunately quite run-down. Sanitary facilities dirty. Only cleaned once a day. No great opportunity to eat at the site in an emergency, otherwise there are no stores nearby. De drive to the nearest shop took 1 hour, about 3 Swedish miles away. The rental boats have seen... better days. But the pitches themselves are beautifully situated. Great hiking trail with barbecue huts and rest areas from the CP. These are cleared and cleaned every day by volunteers! The site didn't leave us with such a great impression. What a pity !!!
