Water points somewhat impractically distributed, the night's rest is not controlled, sometimes a lot of unrest until 2-3 o'clock at night, especially in the huts above, some campers form "residential castles" with four mobile homes and caravans and spread out a little further than allowed
Large space with many possibilities
The site is located on the outskirts of Lillehammer (2.5 km from the center) and is also easily accessible for large caravans and motorhomes. The access road is a bit "strange" at first because it actually leads to a dead end through an industrial area.
The E6 can hardly be heard at night, only the train... is sometimes quite loud.
The site is well suited for exploring the surrounding area, the Maihaugen open-air museum is well worth a visit.
There are plenty of shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity.

No shade, noise from the E6 if the pitch is wrong
Site in a good location with exceptional sanitary facilities
Our stay, which was only intended as a short stopover, was extended because we liked the site so much. Despite the proximity to the E6, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the site was. The rear pitches on the terraced site are naturally quieter than the pitches further forward, which are closer... to the lake but also closer to the road. However, there are no real shady spots. The sanitary facilities look new and are exceptionally clean. The other facilities (washing machine, cooking facilities etc.) are also very clean and good. The store is a bit sparse, but there is a restaurant and breakfast buffet. The location is perfect for visiting Lillehammer and the surrounding area.

Very good camping site with a flavor of great hospitality. Contrary to some comments from Nord Camp, for example, the toilets are very tidy and the staff are also helpful and friendly. Electricity connections work. The site is not old and families are always welcome here. Takk for hyggelig tida.

New showers, good location for sightseeing

Road a little noisy - but you can avoid this if you choose a pitch a little closer to the mountain.
Top as always
We were only there for one night on our way north. The pitches are level and very clean, electricity not far away. The showers had obviously been recently renovated. Large shower rooms, all very clean.

beautiful campsite with great sanitary facilities
This is the second time we have visited this campsite. We noticed that some of the pitches looked a little unkempt this time. The lawn around the playground hadn't been mowed for a while. The sanitary facilities, on the other hand, were first class. Very nice showers, completely tiled. However, they cost 10.-nkr. The traffic on the E6 is a bit annoying. WLAN is only available in the reception area.

Here too (as with all other campsites), if you arrive late you can't expect to get the best pitch. We were there on time. Good pitch, friendly staff, clean sanitary facilities. A visit to Lillehammer is worthwhile. Bus or 15 min walk.

Terraced site, grass and gravel, beautiful view, wash houses are clean. Reception staff very friendly. Behind the CP is the cycle path into town (approx. 10 min.)

Rather busy site in a convenient location to Lillehammer. To the lake approx. 10 min on foot. To visit Maihaugen (highly recommended), however, a car is required; very expensive parking fee for at least 24 hours. The site is parceled out, plots of just sufficient size. Sanitary facilities are average for Norway. Clean throughout. Professional reception staff.

Busy site near the E6. Pitches rather small. Sanitary facilities ok. The lake is only in sight! Reception very professional. Walking distance to the city center: approx. 2 km.
