The campsite operator is very helpful and courteous. Wherever there was a need after a storm, he was right there to help. We love staying at the campsite and feel very comfortable there. Ideal starting point for excursions, cyclists, water sports enthusiasts or anglers.Negatīvais--Beautiful location, friendly groundskeeperI spent a few days cycling on the Moselle at the campsite. The site is very quiet and the toilets and showers are very clean at all times. You need shower tokens to shower, which didn't bother me at all.
The baker comes in the morning with a van and provides the campers with fresh bread rolls etc.

The sanitary facilities were clean. The outdoor sink under the restaurant was not very inviting, an improvement is urgently needed here. The shower tokens (€1.40) are far too expensive for 5 minutes. In high season it can be noisy in the evening due to the boats on the opposite side. A visit to the city of Luxembourg is only recommended by public transport (lack of parking).Automātiski tulkots.

Good infrastructure for cyclists/campersNegatīvaisSanitary facilities could be cleanerPlace directly on the Moselleand only separated from the shore by a cycle path. It is not parceled out, the pitches are grassy and spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a good restaurant where we also ate, but it is quite expensive. The site is very suitable for campers as there are plenty of seating areas,... some of which are covered. There are also fire pits for barbecuing. This is something you rarely find on the Moselle, as we discovered. We parked our caravan there for six days and cycled the Moselle cycle tour to Koblenz and back by train. The site is close to the train station, but you are not bothered by the train traffic. We spent two nights there ourselves, and in the evening you have a wonderful view over the Moselle to the Luxembourg town of Remich. However, the sanitary facilities were a problem, as they were unfortunately not in a clean condition. We loved the location, the evening scenery with a view of Remich in Luxembourg was really beautiful. The shortcoming of the site was the sanitary facilities. The facilities, which were getting on in years, were in need of renovation and the cleaning left a lot to be desired. The shower tokens were too expensive and the room was cold. As already mentioned in the headline, the price-performance ratio is right, it's not a 5-star site, but it's perfectly OK. The sanitary facilities are getting worse and worse, we have been there a few times. It's high time something was done about it. The... noise level is not disturbing. We couldn't eat in the restaurant as there was a closed party and all the other places were already reserved. You have a direct view over the Moselle to Remich. We also received a very friendly welcome. However, the sanitary facilities on the site are in poor condition. It is a mystery to me why the toilets are not equipped with toilet paper. In addition, the sanitary facilities... are hardly ever cleaned. During our 2-day stay, at least, there was no cleaning. However, this would have been urgently necessary, for example to get rid of the numerous insects. As the site is right next to the Moselle bridge, it is not completely quiet. The site itself is beautifully situated on the Moselle. The pitch is level and the ground is firm but not too firm. Almost no shade on the pitch. The restaurant was closed the whole time. The sanitary facilities are old, cramped and there was no cleaning staff to be seen. Our pitch with a beautiful view of the Moselle was overshadowed by the loud vehicle traffic over the nearby Moselle bridge. The sanitary facilities were simple but clean. Elmar R.July 2012This place is beautifully situated and suitable as a starting point for bicycle tours and walks. However, it is noisy near the road. The town of Remiche opposite is not particularly worth seeing. Unfortunately, we had the feeling that the sanitary facilities were not readily available. They were always clean, but there is no paper in the toilets and no soap. 1x showers cost an incredible 1.30 euros. Max. 3 stars. Suitable as a transit campsite.Automātiski tulkots.

G.September 2011what a pleasure and what relaxation after the first - not so intoxicating - moselle experiences! the site is located exactly on the opposite side of luxembourg, you just have to cross the bridge. we were greeted in a very friendly manner by a warm woman who chatted with us in the local dialect. we were... allowed to choose a pitch on the extensive grounds without any complications and then decided on the "tent" pitch she recommended, because there was a covered, vine-covered seating area where we could hang our things over the chairs and have breakfast in the morning on the chair and at the table. the sanitary facilities are simple but clean and perfectly adequate. and the restaurant! we realized that we were already close to france - very fine and well-prepared dishes! the friendly staff rounded off the whole experience. we would definitely come here again!Automātiski tulkots.
