The first row towards the river is mainly occupied by permanent campers. We received a very friendly welcome in English and had a free choice of pitches. Largely flat grass pitches, most of which are parceled... out. The reception also has a café/restaurant. For the sanitary building, which also contains the kitchen, you receive a check card that can be charged for showering and stove use. Several marked hiking trails start directly from the campsite. You can fish in the river (fishing license required). At the end of July, we paid NOK 305 for a motorhome with two people, including electricity. Showers cost 10 kroner for 4 minutes. Wifi is not offered. We traveled from the north and trusted our navigation system, which led us along a 3 km long dilapidated pothole road. Maximum speed 20kmh. It's better to follow the official signs to the campsite.........Conclusion: It's definitely a good place, but if you're not right on the shore, you're usually looking at other motorhomes. The pitches are rather small, which made it feel cramped. We didn't really feel comfortable. Therefore only 3 stars in the end. .....The remaining credit on the card was only reluctantly refunded.Automātiski tulkots.

A completely new sanitary building with kitchen and lounge makes camping here a luxury vacation. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking. You don't need a car to get to the musk oxen in Dovrejell, as the bus service departs directly from the campsite.Automātiski tulkots.
