All the staff are nice and friendly. The CP is very well located for excursions. You can quickly get to Friedrichshafen by bike or take the BSB ships in all directions. The cleaning team really does a great job. The room for washing up... is a bit small for the size of the campsite. Power supply, WLAN, as so often, poor to non-existent, poor lighting on the paths to the tourist sites, showers with coins are sometimes too dark, shower time cannot be interrupted. Odor nuisance from drains at the water points, busy B 31 within earshot day and nightVacation 2021 at the campsite Schloss HelmsdorfVery good organization on arrival, you are guided to the pitch, many tourist pitches with a slight slope. Trees on the pitches are not visible on the site plan and are not communicated when making the reservation, pitching is sometimes difficult without a mover. The little helpers come almost daily and... collect fallen fruit and keep everything clean, extra requests, such as more gravel, are fulfilled as quickly as possible.
The restaurant (food very good, but expensive) is fully booked for at least 2 days, although there always seem to be a few tables free. Spontaneous dining or a nightcap on the terrace at sunset is not possible. But you can get a drink in your hand and then sit on the harbor wall with a view over the lake and the mountains. The staff in the restaurant are sometimes a bit gruff with the camping guests, but there are also many guests from outside and boat owners, so you don't have to rely on everyone.
Bathing shoes are highly recommended for swimming, but the shore and the bay are suitable for all forms of water sports and swimming. There is no barrier for non-swimmers and no lifeguards, and the storm warning lights along the lakeshore are not reliable.
The entrance and exit is confusing and dangerous due to crossing side roads and cycle paths, a mirror on the other side of the road would help.

They are constantly cleaned. The campsite has a harbor and you can bring your own boat. The staff are very friendly and the restaurant is also great! There is also a shop for fresh bread rolls and everyday items. There are bar tables in front of the shop where you... can have a coffee with a great view of Lake Constance.

It can be booked online. We were completely satisfied with everything that was offered there. The friendliness of the staff is outstanding at this campsite. We have been camping for 30 years but such friendliness from all the staff is more than rare. Great restaurant, the Lädle has everything you need, for more choice there is the Kaufland in the immediate vicinity. Top sanitary facilities. Pitches huge (if you know what to book) 😉... We never travel to the same place twice we want variety and comparisons, but should it come to a repetition then only on this place. For us it deserves 5 stars. Showering from 10 cents was great, you didn't have to throw in 50 cents if you needed a little more water. Was great with 10 cents. Those who can't afford it should stink!Automātiski tulkots.

The tourist pitches are large and very well maintained, the "Lädele" is adequately equipped and the sanitary facilities are large, clean and newly renovated,... as is the registration/reception area. The staff are very friendly, even late arrivals due to traffic jams are no problem. Ideally located for bicycle tours with children in the direction of Friedrichshafen or Meersburg. Dalibor J.July 2018PozitīviGreat location, very clean, very friendly staff, beautiful beachNegatīvaisNo facilities for young people, e.g. table tennis table or similarGreat CP, super clean, friendly staff, great location for excursions of all kindsWe spent our 3-week summer vacation on the CP and were very satisfied. Now comes the only criticism (from our 15-year-old daughter): there is nothing for young people... Not even a table tennis table, let alone a beach volleyball court or anything like that. We -parents- enjoyed the peace and quiet.... We had a very large pitch that could easily fit the camper van with a large awning and the car, but there was also room for another car. But there are also smaller pitches. I think we were just lucky. The sanitary building is very modern and it felt like it was cleaned from morning to night. We also didn't mind having to insert a few coins to shower. This prevents those who are particularly fond of cleanliness from showering all the time - or they have to throw a few euros into the machine... The beach is also very well maintained and the water is very shallow, so that even the little ones can play safely. There are shops for the essentials on site, but there's also a Rewe supermarket and a Norma nearby. The restaurant has a great atmosphere. If you're feeling peckish, you can get sausages or meat loaf etc. in the store. Fresh cake is also available every day. There are other great restaurants nearby. The landing stage for Lake Constance shipping is also within walking distance. The campsite is located directly on the Lake Constance cycle route and exactly halfway between Meersburg and Friedrichshafen - 10 km each.
