Everything was clean except for a few cobwebs. The restaurant was nice and the staff was pleasant and friendly.

The menu should be a bit more varied and change throughout the week. Soon didn't know what to eat anymore. The wifi keeps switching off and you have to log in again.

Wellness area

Overcrowded. After 5 pm only naked in the indoor adventure pool. Indoor adventure pool is an exaggeration as it is only a small illuminated pool (Düßen). If 5 people are already swimming in it, it gets cramped! Musty smell in the changing rooms. W-LAN does not work. Partly not displayed at all - at first I thought it was because too many guests were connected. A lot of people left on Sunday but it still didn't work. Demand neighboring pitches "rarely works here"! But then please don't advertise! No good view of the Black Forest or no view at all. Theoretically, this could also be a CP site in Berlin. The crowning glory on the 5 star CPP; THE STAFF. Starting with the greeting up to the explanation of the place but the most unfriendly really already brazen was the blonde lady with the many tattoos at the reception / counter in the wellness area. Long queue at the counter - we get our turn and the speech "And you????" "3 x entry please" she slammed the ribbons on us and then said out of nowhere "whoever can read has a clear advantage! The CCp rules say €10 per person deposit" My husband and I were shocked. Our little one quietly asked what had happened to the woman. Well, in conclusion, no 5-star camping and I am sure that many have already experienced this behavior and many share our views. If you browse through the reviews, you will come across similar experiences.

The wellness area is separate and the staff is very friendly, The sauna area is beautifully designed. There are absolutely enough saunas and a wonderful lounge All in all, it can be said that parts of the buildings are very nicely designed, but basically, making money is clearly visible and noticeable.

Not only do campers only have 1.5 hours free entry at very high prices, but the fact that there is no grace period of e.g. 10 minutes for the 1.5 hours is a bad joke. The absolutely overwhelmed ladies at the sauna reception, who also take care of drinks and food, take 5 minutes to check out

The sanitary facilities in particular are very well maintained. The sauna with a great outdoor area is beautiful. Right next door is a great, well-kept outdoor pool, which can be used free of charge with the campsite. The restaurant is also highly recommended. All in all grade: very good 👍

Wifi coverage poor to non-existent (maybe pitch dependent?). For a 5 star site this should be a matter of course in this day and age. Especially since the network coverage (cell phone reception) is also poor. Price for parking space quite lavish, the electricity is charged depending on consumption with currently 70 c/kwh, here is diligently earned. Better leave the air conditioning switched off!

Delicious restaurant, clean sanitary facilities with great showers and most of all: the man who does the children's entertainment. A huge guy who can't be rattled and has an answer to every question.

VERY expensive. EUR 85.00 for 2E+2K is hefty. By far the most expensive campsite we have ever booked. In return, there are unpaved, weather-related muddy and poorly lit access roads, very cold water in the indoor pool

The entire complex is very beautiful and well maintained and you can see that the operators put a lot of heart and soul into it. The facilities on offer, starting with the indoor pool, sauna and sanitary facilities, can certainly be described as upmarket. I would describe the size of the pitches as sufficient, the ground is very hard (gravel) you have to bring a suitable selection of pegs but no water remains when it rains. There are two access roads to the pitches, for low caravans like the one we have I recommend the entrance/exit on the left past the reception (max. height 3m) as otherwise the caravan can touch down.

We were on the site from May 15th to 19th. On the 17th and 18th, construction activities with excavators, dump trucks and soil compactors (vibrators) suddenly began at 11:00 a.m. not 15 meters from us. It was an unspeakable noise that made it impossible to relax on the pitch. We left for 3 hours and when we came back, work was still going on. The next day, we thought it was over, it went on at 12:00, gravel was applied, in addition to the noise there was dust everywhere in the air which also covered our food on the table (the butter was gray). We complained to reception but were immediately told to contact the junior manager who works on the building site. That's what I did, and when I asked (angrily) if this was necessary I got the answer YES! Standstill is a step backwards, whatever I mean by that? I thought it was quite an imposition, especially as nobody pointed out the construction work to us. I didn't pay to camp next to a building site. After this conversation, the niceness was over.
