You're not bombarded with lots of signs telling you what you can and can't do. The site is very clean, despite the many dogs. The sanitary facilities are also super clean. The staff are friendly. The small store offers a lot, so you don't have to go far by car....
The playground and petting zoo are on site and just great. The bathing area, which is only a few minutes' walk away, is great for cooling off.

Even the first email and telephone contact was very nice and relaxed. Even on site, everything invites you to feel at home and stay. You are not greeted with rules and mandatory signs, but with a lovely smile and a calm manner that immediately puts you in vacation mode.

There are very large pitches, 2 very clean wash houses, a dog-free zone, a large children's playground, a mini-golf course and a volleyball court. Boats can be hired to explore the lake. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you!NegatīvaisNo disadvantages!Favorite place MVSeeweide is our favorite place in Mecklenburg. The site has been around for 5 years and this year was our fourth time there.

Wonderful large playground for children, a little out of the way. Petting zoo and space to play soccer. Every pitch has water and electricity. The reception staff are super friendly and helpful. There are local products, including meat from the... Seeweider cattle. All the cycle paths are well developed. It's fun to explore the surrounding area. There are fresh bread rolls. Luckily for us, there was still a pitch available, right in the front row with a view of the lake. A beautiful site, with everything you need and above all very clean and well maintained.

1. the Seeweide team is fantastic. Even the contact in advance was great. And on site, we were welcomed and looked after by an incredibly friendly and competent team who really enjoyed their... work.
2. the site is beautifully laid out, wonderfully green, with a view of the lake, very well maintained and well thought out.
3. our comfy pitch in the 1st row was great. Wide view, lots of space, electricity and water directly at the pitch.
4. the sanitary facilities are fantastic, bright and friendly, with plenty of space and super clean.
5. we were able to get into the water directly from the campsite with our SUP. There is also a public bathing area right next door. The campsite has its own really cute 18-hole mini golf course, which we also played. For children, there is also a great playground, a football pitch and Elfride the cow with her goat friends and chickens right on the site. The only thing is that it might not be so exciting for teenagers in the long term.
6. although there is no restaurant on the site or in the immediate vicinity, you can buy a few regional products. For example, we treated ourselves to a nice little wine, a blossom tea, delicious jam and chocolate and, above all, the delicious Jackle & Heide ice cream (made in Penzlin). The ladies also bake really well themselves. We enjoyed a crumble cherry cake. Bread rolls are also available. And at the registration desk you can also get a flyer from a Penzlin delivery service, which delivered delicious pizza to our pitch one evening.
7. our dog Wilma felt right at home. Dogs are welcome and there is a really good dog run on the campsite, where we let our dog run around off the lead for the first time.
