The natural lakes are beautifully laid out and ideal for young and oldNegatīvaisThe chalet was not clean, lots of cobwebs, the lamps were totally dusty and the floor was not really clean either, my husband cleaned the toilet. Clear glass in the bathroom and sauna so you could see in from the other house and it was unpleasant. Unfriendly staff in the restaurant and the taste wasn't great either (toilets dirty there too) Children's times in the pool area 10-12 and 14-17 o'clock and then insanely full because all children want to get into the water. Long waiting time at check-in and check-out (over 30 minutes).It's all about the moneyLong weekend: Unfortunately we didn't tell them until we left, but they didn't like to hear it and immediately dismissed it as the cleaning company's fault! No apology, nothing.
There was so much going on in the pool that sometimes you could only stand there. Many prohibitions. Changing rooms too small,... narrow and very slippery with 3 kids a challenge. The keys for the lockers were broken or not lockable.
Please do not forget that children also bring the money and therefore want to have fun (and not a little)
I think if you want to be child-friendly, the children should also have the opportunity to play.
If others are bothered by this, there are also times outside the vacations when there are hardly any children over 6 because school is compulsory. Unfortunately, many people forget that they once had children themselves !!!
Campsite: some pitches too small, we would have had a problem with our 9.70m caravan, very narrow. The wash houses we used once were clean and tidy.

Also actually a nice children's playground and swimming lake, but hardly any shade. Therefore not really suitable for midsummer with children.

No 3 lakes only 3 bathing ponds, the water quality in the 3.50m deep pond, not nice!Expectations were not metSanitary facilities (two identical buildings) not adapted to the size of the pitch! In high season there is a queue outside the showers and toilets! Cold water twice for showering. The cleanliness is unfortunately not given, the sanitary buildings are probably cleaned at night and during the day only... the garbage cans are emptied, possibly towel paper refilled. The rooms never looked appealing! Old cobwebs in the corners of the toilet partitions, the floor dirty and littered with toilet paper/towel paper remnants. There is a clear need for optimization here. Pitches on the slope very narrow, not really suitable for caravans with awnings. The food in the Stadl was super tasty, all the staff both in the guesthouse and at reception were super nice. The sanitary building was always clean and is very well laid out.
The bathing lakes were a dream, not very busy and everyone was incredibly nice, especially to the children.

Thank you very much for your review. We are delighted that you enjoyed the natural bathing lakes, our wellness area and our in-house restaurant so much.
As we are unfortunately not spared from the general price increases, we are forced to charge an energy flat rate of 4 euros per day. However,... we assume that this will become obsolete next year. Of course, it should not be the case that you have to stand in the dark in the showers and dishwashing room after a short time. We will of course adjust this immediately. Our thermal bath has a temperature of 32 degrees and is signposted at the entrance area.
The opening and closing times of the sauna and the thermal indoor pool are advertised in our camp leaflet as well as on various notices in the wellness area, so that our guests are informed in advance and can prepare themselves to enjoy their time in our wellness area to the full.
We always endeavor to rectify any shortcomings we are aware of as quickly as possible. Of course, we rely on feedback from our guests so that we can react promptly in such cases.

We stayed at Vitalcamp Bayerbach for a few days and enjoyed our time very much. It is a super nice facility, situated on a "mountain"... The pitches are arranged in terraces, which means you have a great view. The grounds are very well maintained with rose bushes... and beautiful flowers. You feel like you're on a summer vacation in Italy :-)
The reception at the front desk was wonderful. The ladies are extremely friendly and competent. No questions remain unanswered. And if you do want to know something, they always have an open ear for all requests, which are always answered in a friendly manner and with a smile. You immediately feel very welcome :-)
The pitches are big enough, even for larger vehicles.
The vacation homes at the top, the mobile homes, the chalets and bungalows also made a very nice impression (we will test these for our next vacation) > Report to follow :-)
Fortunately, there are plenty of leisure activities around the camp as well as in the camp, so you can easily work off the pounds you've put on in the Huckenhamer Stadl (on-site restaurant) ;-)
As already mentioned, the gastronomy is highly recommended. A great selection of food and drinks. Super nicely furnished, you feel right at home. The beer garden is also worth one, oh what am I saying, even several visits ;-)
And very important: you never leave hungry :-)
There's something for everyone on site: thermal baths, sauna, Rasul bath, bathing lakes, sunbathing lawn, playground, leisure activities such as painting courses, herb hikes, soccer camp, Zumba (usually offered during the Bavarian vacations).
The surrounding area is also simply beautiful. There are so many excursion destinations... It never gets boring.
We were more than satisfied and will definitely be back :-)

No other campsite offers so much for the money. The spa and sauna are included in the price. Everything is super clean and well-kept. Very nice view of the valley. The food in the restaurant... is sensational and the price is right. The staff are always friendly and in a good mood. The young boss is a very good host and always comes up with lots of ideas for the guests. Great activities for children and events for the whole family. Kerstin R.May 2023Pozitīvi-Terraced areas offer beautiful views, -the sauna and the thermal bath are great in bad weather! there are 3 saunas 1 steam bath and a tepedarium with good fragrance, a rassul bath is switched on by arrangement -the upper pitches are very quiet (mainly permanent campers) -you can rent apartments or cabins -super playground for childrenNegatīvais-4 showers and 3 wash cabins in the ladies' area per wash house (2x for the entire site) is difficult for me in the high season, it was thoroughly cleaned once in the morning. (possibly takes place more often in high season, was enough at the time because there were few there) but without even the doors or even the window sills around the outside, the doors (made of glass) had the same somewhat disgusting stripes all week and the hand disinfection hangs only for decoration, otherwise it was clean -In my opinion, the relaxation room in the sauna area could be made a bit more cozy, it's dreary and bare and doesn't radiate anything relaxing -The places were not very well maintained. The grass was almost 50cm high, everywhere... -if you want to stand higher up you should be good on foot, the path goes steeply upwardsWellness and great viewsWe stayed here for 1 week in May. We liked the site very much. We had a pitch further up with the permanent campers. There was hardly anyone there, so it was super quiet! There is water, electricity and waste water at every pitch. And the terraces give you a good view of the area. Unfortunately, the... weather was mostly rainy that week, but there is a sauna area and a swimming pool with thermal water.
